**This home is listed for sale. Although we will try to schedule all showings between guests, we may require access during your stay. Any showing interruptions will be given a 24 hour notice.

Welcome to Tradewinds #906! A great complex in the perfect location! Cute & Cozy for sure!! Walk to Adventure Island, Big Daddy's Arcade, Souvenir City, and many close by restaurants. Tradewinds amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach directly in front of the complex. Got a large group and need more space? This owner also has another home here with the same floor plan in this complex, #1106, that can accommodate up to 8 more persons! Or, we have a smaller 1 bedroom, 2 bath, with hall bunks #108, that can sleep up to 6. Just ask us!

This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy condo supplies enough beds for the whole family! Starting with a Plush King Size mattress in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size Bed Plus a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom, and custom-made couches in the Living Room that converts to two (2) Twin Size Beds, you can bring ALL the kiddos! Attached to the Primary Bedroom and hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom contains a private, attached full bath as well with a shower/tub combo. This home has over 900 square feet and boasts all updated furnishings with enough seating for everyone when dining or just relaxing anywhere in the home. You will enjoy your coffee made from the provided Keurig Coffee Machine on the balcony as you view the beach facing west, which is also perfect for Sunsets!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

No Pets.
No Smoking.
Must Be 25 To Rent (strictly enforced).
Parking Passes are required and purchased upon booking. Each pass is $40 and limited to 2. These passes will be waiting on the kitchen counter for you upon your arrival.

Great place to stay

We loved the ease of booking and checking in. The walk to the beach was so quick. The king bed and the two twin sofas were soooo comfortable, but the beds in the bunk room weren’t as comfy. The dryer also was not working which was a bummer, but they sent maintenance out the day after I messaged them about it. Overall great place to stay!

We stayed at Tradewinds for 5 days and it had every amenity we needed and then some! Dryer doesn't dry real great but we had a great time! Looking into staying again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The description of the condo wasn’t accurate. It states “Adorable! Beach Front Complex!” The condo is not beach front. We had a beach view. Also, the seating arrangement was strange. The twin beds put together in an L shape was a little difficult. I’m short and wasn’t able to sit comfortably with my feet on the floor.

Accurate Listing, Responsive Host—but Needs a Deep Clean

Positives:-The listing was accurate. The pictures accurately portrayed the property. It’s definitely on the smaller side. We have two adults and four kids and knew it would be very tight, and it was.-The property manager was quick to respond via text and very friendly.-The outdoor pool was nice. Very comfortable. My kids loved that it was open until 10:00.Negatives:-Lack of cleanliness. Our bed had sand in it. The dishwasher had food in the bottom and had been there so long that when we opened the dishwasher, we had to air out the apartment. A maintenance man came and cleaned it and switched out the filter.-We arrived to find that the dryer handle eas on the floor. We had to open the dryer with a butter knife until maintenance came.-The washing machine also required maintenance as it was full of water after a full cycle, but that also got repaired.-The front door sometimes wouldn’t lock without us manually finagling it.-The condo just had an overall icky feeling due to the above items. With a good deep clean, some touchups on the walls, baseboards, etc. and a general maintenance check, it would be much better.
