Walking distance to the Cabana Club (beach/pool), restaurants, playground, pickleball, basketball, and bocce ball court. Par-3 golf course across the street. 3 bicycles and 1 tandem kayak for your enjoyment.

We can’t say enough about this property. So clean and updated! Location is perfect. The owners are great communicators which made everything smooth. On a side note, we rented the attached duplex last year but didn’t realize that until we got there. Both units are updated and great properties. You can’t go wrong at either property.

Loving the Vibe

We love Key Colony Beach and have stayed in this area many times over the years. This was our first time staying at this beautiful waterfront home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our 2 teen grandsons had so much fun trying to catch those elusive tarpon off the dock in the canal. The outside area was comfortable with a nice table that seated 6. The boys took out the kayak a few times and we were able to book them on a fly fishing trip. The house had everything we needed and the layout was perfect. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and is tastefully decorated with plenty of light and a beautiful view of the water. Our host Bonnie was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had no problems at all and would highly recommend this property. We hope to return again at some point.

Quick Getaway

My family and I enjoyed a relatively quick visit after I had a work conference in Orlando. The property was just as described - great location, the Cabana Club was a hit and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. I docked one star for cleanliness b/c of a large hairball that was left in the master shower from a prior renter - I guess the cleaners missed it. Otherwise it was just what we needed! Thank you!

Great family vacation rental

We loved our KCB rental! It had everything we needed and we would recommend this location to anyone visiting KCB and Marathon. Communication from the owners was great.

Wonderful updated duplex on 7th Street! My family had a great time here and the Cabana Club access was awesome. My family definitely wants to rent here again!
