What stood out the most to me was the overall cleanliness and good condition of the house and furnishings, but especially the excellent condition of the kitchen - it had absolutely everything you need to prepare meals, including on the grill. Forgot to mention, the location is outstanding!

Kitchen fully equiped. Property was sparkling clean.Bathrooms were excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable. Patio and dock were great. Location was ideal for us.....tennis and pickleball within walking distance. Dog Park across from our unit was very convenient.

The house was cute, just like it shows in the photos. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the convenience of having the boat slip to come in and out as we pleased. Also a central location to tour the beautiful Florida Keys. The Cabana Club was a bit run down and disappointing so we ended up using Resort Pass to get a couple of pool days in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time

This is a perfect place for Key Colony Beach vacationers. Everything here was so convenient. There is a fresh water washdown station at the dock and electrical hookup to charge anything needed on the boat. The kitchen was the MVP. Anything needed was already there. Plenty of room for parking.
