Spring 2026 updates are currently underway including new dining room furniture, new kitchen table & chairs, new lights and new fans throughout. This property is now under new ownership and the owners are keen to make this already beautiful and spacious house lighter and brighter with a goal of blowing away all guests expectations! 4 Surf Watch Way is a magnificent 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom, pet friendly home accommodating up to 16 guests and making it perfect for family reunions or large gatherings. Outside, a fantastic deck overlooks the pool and spa, with a fully fenced turf yard providing privacy for both children and pets. Take advantage of the yard games and cool off in the backyard pool. Additionally, the game room offers Foosball, Darts, and Ping Pong for added entertainment. This property offers a relaxing retreat for vacationers and includes up to $1000 in FREE activities with every reservation.

Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

Elevator: 33" x39" (Doorway 29") (Our properties and elevators are not ADA compliant.) NOTE: if you have noticed in past reviews guest commenting on issues with the elevator, we are happy to report that as of March 2026, all of the necessary parts have been installed and the elevator is fully operational.

Pool*: 12'x20' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made. (There is no working spa at this property.)

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

INCLUDED WITH RESERVATION:

-Starter amenities (1-3 day's worth) including: bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, 2 rolls per bathroom.
-Free Activities: Golf, Mini Golf, Bicycle Rental (1 round of golf per day, 1 round of mini golf per day, 1 bicycle per reservation)

NOT INCLUDED WITH RESERVATION:
-Beach Towels
-Beach Chairs, Pool Toys, Beach Wagons
-Children's Items (Cribs, Highchairs, etc.)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
