The property was great! We had a family group size of 18 people and the home was excellent for our group size. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The living spaces and kitchen and dining areas were also perfect. The home was exactly as described and shown. The home was meticulously clean upon arrival and the check in process was simple and effective. We had a couple of minor items that needed to be addressed during our stay and the property management and maintenance folks could not be better. Their communication and customer service were top notch, one of the best I have seen! Next time we visit the area we plan to stay here again!

The property was in a great location just minutes from the beach. Ample space with many bedrooms for larger parties. The host company was attentive and made all the information easily accessible to us. They even allowed us to check in slightly earlier than expected as we were already on the island. The only pitfalls were the availability of some essentials like food seasonings and garbage bags. Additionally, the checkout procedures are very strict and you are threatened with 500 fine if you don’t comply. Overall a great stay in a good location.

There was no beach view from the house but we knew that when we made the reservation. Easy walk to Burkes Beach which is an awesome not very crowded beach and dog friendly. The house was a few yards from Chaplin Community Park which was a great place to take our dog for a early morning walk. Back yard fence was great for the dog as well. Elevator was so important to get my mom in and out of house. The house was perfectly clean except for the dishwasher which we needed to run to clean it out before we used it. The host was awesome and very helpful with planning activities. Very friendly staff! Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful family vacation home!

Great family vacation home. Location is close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool was a big hit after a day at the beach. Garage parking was nice for 3 cars. Would definitely book in the future.

House was even more beautiful in person. Lots of space for our group to enjoy! Our main complaint was the lack of cleaning supplies. We were given 3 trash bags for a 15 person house for a 3 day stay. There were no sponges, cleaning supplies etc to wipe down counters and such. Additionally, the Keurig did not work. I put in a maintenance request and was not contacted in response and hours later a man appeared in our kitchen without warning.

Thank you for your reply. We do advertise that we only provide a starter supply of items such as soap, trash bags and cleaning supplies and recommend that you bring your own or purchase them in advance. It is feedback that I will certain bring back to the team. Our maintenance techs are always suppose to knock first/ ring the doorbell and annouce themselves prior to entering a home. I am sorry if anyone was startled, but I am glad we were able to provide you with a new keurig in a timey manner. Thank you

We loved this house. Location was perfect to the beach, park across the street for the boys to play basketball, pool was great, and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Great Property with Added Amenities

Had a great time at this house. The beds were comfortable and the garage ping pong, foosball, and darts was a big hit. Hopefully we will be back.

Family time

Great house. Booked because of the number of king bedrooms with private baths. Each couple had a great bedroom. Close to the beach and the pool was perfect for relaxing and grilling out. Perfect house for family

Great home for a large group!

This home was great for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space while common areas are also large for when we wanted to be together. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Home was clean and management was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. Loved the location and short walk to the beach. Everyone truly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head!

Family fun

My son, daughter, and their families to include my 4 grandchildren enjoyed the house, it’s location and neighborhood. The pool was the main attraction but the park next door and the beach just .2 miles down the street we’re high on the grands list of features.

November 2021 Stay

We came to town for our son's wedding. This home provided the perfect haven for us. So clean and spacious, and it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. We HIGHLY recommend this home if you're going to be in Hilton Head. It'll be your new home away from home!!!

Great holidays

Is an excellent house for family or group of friends.All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and dinning table are large and convenient. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. Children can safely play all round the house and that was important, we had ages 2-4-6. We would recommend the property to others. Thank you very much

I rented this vacation home for my recent Family Reunion, and it was everything we had hoped for and much, much more! The house was absolutely gorgeous and provided for all our needs.
