Great multi-family home
This home was perfect for our multi-family beach vacation.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, grilling utensils, etc. We appreciated the large supply of forks, spoons, knives, cups, plates, and bowls. We loved having a 2nd refrigerator that we used mostly for all of our beverages.
The walk to the beach was short and easy. The pool was a welcome relief when needing a quick cool off. The walk or bike ride to South Beach was quick and easy.
The AC worked well for most of the house, but the kids room and the master bedroom on that same side did not cool off as well.
We appreciated the multiple beach towels that were provided as we rotated through all of them.
We did rent a cooler, beach chairs, sunshade, and beach wagon which was essential for our group.

Painted Bunting
The property was very nice and we all enjoyed the home and pool very much overall. There were some issues though at we encountered. The air conditioning (single unit) did not cool the house evenly. The room to the front right was warm the entire time regardless of what we did to try to divert airflow to it. The bathroom front left was semi-clogged and we just lived with it. The main refrigerator door opens the wrong way and was a little inconvenient for people exiting the bedroom bathroom. A right side opening door would be ideal but perhaps there is not enough room to accommodate one? The bikes & umbrella service were great, but unfortunately the beach wagon did not get delivered with the other items so we had to haul all of our gear by hand to the beach. The bike company did kindly deliver the wagon to the beach which made the walk back much more convenient. We were very appreciative. The home fit our family well and the 2 living areas were great for getting some separation for the adults and kids. The pool and deck area were fantastic and we made use of those areas many times / day. Just a suggestion for future guests… a large umbrella on the deck would be awesome especially on the very hot days due to the decking burning bare feet.
