Edgewater Beach offers endless activities with the convenience of it all being steps away from from one another. Just a quick stroll from their incredible pool amenities to the sandy white beaches of Panama City, or on-site restaurant.

Living Area:
This fashionably decorated living area is complete with a comfortable chair and couch that pulls out for extra convenience and accommodation. An armoire housing a flat screen TV for movie nights with your guests makes this the perfect comfy area to retreat to after a long day at the beach.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and tasteful granite countertops for the bar area. A traditional Mr. Coffee Coffee maker for the mornings, and a full kitchen for making lunch or dinner with the family!

Balcony:
Step from the living room into the sea swept air of the Gulf Coast. This spacious terrace area provides relaxing mornings with a good cup of coffee, and peaceful nights painted with tranquil sunsets and ocean waves. The floor-to-ceiling windows extend this fantastic view to the inside of the condo as well, so feel free to enjoy the A/C and the view.

Master Bedroom:
The main bedchamber offers a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, and a Queen bed comfort. The TV rests upon a tasteful dresser for extra storage and organization. The bathroom suite is equipped with a walk-in shower and tub that are quite enjoyable after a long day at the beach.

We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pick up any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach towels are not provided with linens.

Guests Registration Information:
Amenities wristbands will be in the room upon your arrival. Guests must register for parking on the new guest registration website. Registration link will be provided a few days prior to check-in.
