Edgewater Windward 104- Amazing Views!

This quaint beachfront 1BR vacation condo rental at the Edgewater Windward building offers a perfect space for a relaxing weekend at our beautiful PCB beaches! The master bedroom features a queen bed with access to the master bathroom along with access to the low floor beachfront balcony. The balcony is as close to the beach as you can be while sipping your coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. The common area of this oceanfront haven has a sleeper sofa with access to the units second bathroom. The condo also has an inflatable full mattress for those that would prefer using it over the sleeper sofa. The condo is listed as the first floor (is actually at second floor height) but the complex is actually raised and the condo must be accessed via one flight of stairs or the elevator located just outside the front door of the condo.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater resorts offers several pools, one of them heated, the Edgewater Windward building is on the quieter west end of the property. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! Extended monthly stays might require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
