Great Location, Amazing Relaxation!

We had a varied group going to different parks, and this location was centrally located for all options! And when we came back, we had very comfortable beds and a great living area to chill in, not to mention the awesome pool! Even better, the clubhouse pool and splash pad, among other amenities, were pretty fun adds! We absolutely lived the decorations, it was a great experience staying at this property! We were very pleasantly surprised to see really good housewares in the kitchen, eveything you’d need to cook and eat, store, and enjoy! Really came in handy cooking, grilling, and eating munchies during our stay! Pictures are very accurate to home!

Great house with plenty of room

House was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Clean with all the amenities you should need. If I had any complaint I like to keep it a lite cooler and the . Thermometer had a lock at 72,. Would recommend! amenities you should need. If I had to.

The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. The only negative thing I can say is that the kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived but there some basic cleaning supplies so that I could mop and the grill had not been cleaned. The rest of the stay was perfect!

Upon arrival we found the bed linens unclean from previous guests and the showers filthy. Dust accumulated on all collectibles, walls and top of fridge. The two televisions downstairs didn’t work and the remotes didn’t work for 4 of the tvs.Daniel offered to send someone to clean while we occupied, which we declined since we cleaned the majority of the home. He was very responsive yet didn’t offer or provide a credit.The clubhouse resort and all amenities were fabulous.Would we stay here again? No. I prefer clean sheets and a clean shower.

Everything was as expected. Location to Disney was perfect. Our pool day at the resort pool allowed us to relax and recover from days walking at the parks and the kids loved the pool and slide and we loved the drinks we could order at the bar. There were plenty of places to sit and umbrellas to use when we had too much sun. The rooms at the house were all comfortable, and was great having so many bathrooms. Living area was nice for gathering in the evenings to watch TV. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Only complaint I'd have is some of the bedrooms had very low lighting, was very hard to see once the sun went down. Maybe a few better lamps and replacing some of the burnt out bulbs would have made all the difference. The dishwasher didn't work our entire stay, so washing dishes was a bummer, but luckily we ate most meals out. The ladder for upper bunk in downstairs room was broken but since we had only 2 kids in that room we didn't need it. House was clean enough for our needs but could use a better cleaning, most of the surfaces and nicknacks were dusty and the curtains, windowsills, etc were clearly not washed in long time. House was decorated so nice with each room having its own theme. Overall it was a perfect house for me, my husband, my 3 adult children, my 2 year old and 7 year old grandkids, my brother, his wife, and their 11 year old child

Disney trip 5 day stay

Property was nice and the listing accurate. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Comfortable beds and plenty of sleeping space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Close to Disney-about a 25 minute drive. The dishwasher was broken and was supposed to be repaired during our stay, but the repair was not completed during our stay. The AC is set to 72 and cannot be adjusted. Our stay was during the Spring and the condo was a little stuffy at night. The ceiling fans did help move air. A few light bulbs in the bathroom were out and we requested those to be replaced, but they were not replaced during our stay after notifying the property manager. Overall, a good stay and we would rent this unit again.

Spring break 2023

We enjoyed the townhouse as it was very nice and had plenty of space. It had everything we needed in towels and kitchen supplies. The private pool was just big enough to cool off. The property manager Daniel was very helpful. Our only complaint is on the resort itself. Very over priced for everything 🙄 which is were they get you. Paradise palms resort needs to stop over charging guest or I can see ppl selling and going elsewhere. One strawberry shortcake ice cream was $4.25... I bought a box of 6 at Walmart for $5.25. Convince should never replace intelligence. Otherwise the pool was great and the grounds were very nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Themed room in this house are phenomenal! The kids especially loved Magic Kingdom and Harry Potter rooms.The house was clean for the most part, but could tell floors were not cleaned well. We had to wear socks our whole stay or else your feet were very dirty. Showers are very small and location could be better if you are going to parks. With Orlando traffic, it took 40 min to an hour for us to get to the parks each day.Also, DO NOT have any packages delivered unless you are prepared to pay. The club house/mail room charges you $10 PER PACKAGE to pick up your own mail. According to them this is is the homeowners association agreement. I asked when we checked in and was not informed of these charges, therefore had to pay $20 to pick up 2 small amazon deliveries (not cool). If you have kids plan on spending a ridiculous amount if you take them over to the arcade on site. Not one machine under costing 40 credits! at least $100 each time you walk in for barely 1/2 hour of play.Other than those few small issues, the house was very roomy, comfortable and private. The pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse were clean and very nice.The property owner was VERY responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay with anything we needed.

Could use another sitting chair in the living room so family can sit together instead of at kitchen table. I love the fact the they have an alarm at the back door to the pool. The pool was a lil smaller than what we are use to but it served us a great stay. A chair or two on the front porch won’t hurt to sit and enjoy the out side view. The kids loved it.
