We had a fantastic 28-day stay at this villa in Florida. The property was exactly as described in the listing, and everything met our expectations. The host’s communication was brilliant throughout—always responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this villa to others!

This was a great and spacious place for all of us! We had a large family gathering of 11 people ranging from age 13 - 44. Enough space to spread out to the comfort of our own bedroom, or come altogether in common and pool areas. The place was clean, but looks like it could use a deep clean; baseboards and dusting, for example. Definitely affordable for the location, size, the pool, and proximity to beaches! One thing I would mention (and not to fault of vrbo owner) is the checking in at the gate is only one person at a time at the gate. Many people checking in at 4pm creates a long wait time of getting into the property. Thanks for a great stay!

Host kept in close contact with me during booking. Answered any questions that I had. Rooms were clean and bugless, pool was in great shape for swimming. Home definitely needs some updating. Pool screening was torn. Bathroom locks didn't work in all bathrooms. Exhaust fan in downstairs master bath was missing. Ceiling lights in some bathrooms were burnt out. Burnt frying pans made it a challenge to cook. Wicker looking chairs on porch area were unraveling. This home could be very nice with a little loving care. Please take my comments as constructive not destructive criticism. Thank you for the use of your home. DON

I booked this house a night before our arrival so we could check in early when we arrived after a long redeye flight. When we arrived the pool was low and hot tub empty. I had to contact the owner and they said it would fill by 8am. It did not start filling until 9am and we couldn't use it until 10am. This was disappointing. The house is not luxury/magnificent as in the title. The bathroom I used was poorly constructed and had what looked like mold. The bedding in one room had a large stain. They also supplied the bare minimum even though I paid for 5 nights. The house is large but not well taken care of. It did have a beautiful view.

Thank you for your feedback. The pool water level may drop when the pool pump is turned off at night, and it will return to its normal level once the pump is turned back on. Our on-site manager inspected the house prior to your check-in and, unfortunately, did not notice the stain you mentioned. I have discussed this matter with the on-site manager and emphasized the importance of conducting a more thorough inspection to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Sister getaway

Pool and lake view were just what we wanted to unplug and unwind.Bathrooms and outdoor seating need updating but the home is lovely otherwise. I prefer a larger dining table for a 7 bedroom home, but we had a small enough group to make it work. Close to everything you could need or want!
