Pool was rather cold the whole week. We paid for a heated pool but somehow it was not heated. House was nice and nice neighborhood. Some furniture outdated.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home and the neighborhood at Windsor at Westside Resort. I do want to address the pool heating concern, as I understand how important that is for a relaxing stay. During your visit (late March), we experienced an unusual cold front in Central Florida, with nighttime temperatures dropping into the 40s. While the pool heater was on and functioning, these conditions can significantly slow down heating and make it difficult for the pool to consistently reach typical temperatures especially overnight. The spa, however, does reach full temperature, though it may take a bit longer in cooler weather. A big pool takes more time. We always aim to be transparent about how weather can impact pool heating, and we’re continuing to look at ways to improve the guest experience during colder periods. We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again in warmer conditions for a much better pool experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Paul checked up on us the first day to make sure all was well. We thought that was a nice touch. The house had more than enough space for all of us and the kids loved the upstairs tv room and game room. Great location to walk to clubhouse pool too. A deciding factor for me is always a real hot tub and a warm pool. This house had both! And that’s not always easy to find. I have a daughter with raynauds and a husband with a bad back, so those are my non negotiables. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul for a wonderful place to stay

We had such a wonderful time. Our stay at this beautiful home was breathtaking… it was 9 ladies.. We didn’t leave the house because it was a relaxation weekend. The rooms were so spacious and plenty of bathrooms! Everything you see on the pictures is really what you will walk into. Our host was so responsive and nice. We were accommodated so well. We definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Orlando and the Disney Area.

House was in a great location. We only had 7 people in our party so we had tons of room and was very nice that there were 4 bathrooms too so we could all get ready at the same time. Would definitely recommend and come back to this house.

Loved the house

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything was as expected and Paul was always so responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean, the pool was warm (we paid for pool heat in March), the clubhouse was just a short walk away. Everyone ages 3-65 enjoyed themselves and we made amazing family memories!

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our vacation and staying at the Windsor by west side resort was amazing. It was nice, updated, and spacious. It was a little far from everything like universal was like 35 mins away but other than that I loved my stay and the resort was really nice had a lot for the kids to do.

Great Vacation Spot

This was a great place to have a lot of family members and friends stay in one place. This house was very spacious and no one was on top of each other. We were there for tropical storm Nicole and the kids made the best of it. Playing hide and seek and still being able to swim in the pool attached to the house. Great stay! I definitely will be back!

New Year 2023 Family Getaway

This property and resort were just what we all needed. All four of our kids and their significant others & friends (9 total adults) thoroughly enjoyed the house, lazy river, nearby attractions, etc. It was very relaxing and filled with fun and laughter. Paul was fantastic to communicate with. Thank you Paul and VRBO..!!
