Wonderful Stay!!

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful, spacious home! The location is great and the owners are very kind. We would gladly come back again in the future, and miss being there! The house is cheerful and was a joy to stay in. Great location, too!

Great walk to beach rental

Great shared space, fabulous location near the beach, comfortable beds and bedrooms. Nice cornhole game. Could use new beach chairs but otherwise a terrific vacation rental!

Great and spacious place near the beach

We stayed in this wonderful place for three days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This place is nicely furnished with all you might need in a beach vibe style. It provides lots of space and is perfectly equipped. Don't miss coming here ;-)

Perfect property!

This house was great! Plenty of room, so clean and bright! 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Pops and Pelican Alley for meals!Bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable.Hosts were super easy to communicate with, too.

I have and will continue to stay at this property! It has everything you need. Cold AC (we need that in FL) Perfect location, open floor plan. Clean. Near Publix, inner coastal waters and gorgeous beach (what more do you need) It’s by far my favorite VRBO rental that we get. My family memories that have been made here exceed my expectations each time! Always look forward to coming back!

Great Florida Getaway

My family had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The location was excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful Nokomis Beach was only an 8 minute walk. Two excellent restaurants and a nice ice cream shop within 10 minute walk. Nice bait & gift shop also within 10 minute walk. I would definitely rent this house again. The host, Lisa, was very responsive and informative. Overall 5 star.

Christmas stay in Nokomis

We had a family reunion / Christmas celebration in Nokomis and stayed at Lisa and Rudy's property. Great location - walking distance to the beach, easy drive to Publix, restaurants, Starbucks. House appeared to be newly renovated, very clean and well equipped. Lots of common gathering space in the house. The weather wasn't warm enough to use the propane firepit under the house, but hoepfully the next time! Lisa responded very quickly when we had any questions.

We have stayed at this property before. Its my favorite rental on Bayshore. Perfect floor plan, always clean, very comfortable. We always look forward to our next stay.

Fantastic Home!

The house is well maintained and newly renovated. The host want you to feel at home and ensure the house is well stocked. Better than any others that I have stayed. The home is well decorated clean a top notch property. The three bedrooms are spacious and well decorated with quality linens provided by the hosts. The kitchen is well stocked and updated with new appliances. The host were very responsive and there were no issues with the property, check in or check out that we had to report. The home has only on TV in the family room the bed rooms do not have TV that was not an issue for us. We could not go to the beach because of the red tide. So we were very happy that we had a nice updated property to spend time.

Wonderful place to stay!

This house was perfect! It’s nice and new, bright and open. We had everything we needed (lots of towels, beach towels, extra sheets and pillows, enough toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, dish detergent, pantry items like salt and pepper, olive oil, etc.). The couch is a queen sized sleeper sofa, and there was an air mattress in the closet (we didn’t use either). Under the house there is an outdoor hang out area with a picnic table, corn hole, propane fire pit and chairs. There is a large gas grill on the deck off the kitchen. There are games and puzzles, beach toys, umbrellas, floats. The beach chairs were rusty, so you may want to bring your own. And the only other complaint was a wonky toilet seat in the second bathroom. Otherwise, everything was excellent. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, Pelican Alley, and Pop’s Grill. Close to the grocery store and gas station. This property exceeded our expectations. It’s nice to be pleasantly surprised by something being BETTER than you expected! Thank you Lisa and Rudy.

Review

We loved our stay at Lisa and Rudy's property. Great location and walking distance to the boat ramp and beach. The property had a downstairs patio area which created a perfect place to play games or hang out by the fireplace. The inside was big and clean and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking in. We recommend this place to anyone and will be booking again in the future!
