Perfect without some high end amenities

If you just want a safe, very clean , and quiet location to enjoy the Sarasota FL area this is it. It's a bit dated , kitchen is just OK - but , a vacation is not for being kitchen bound ! Plenty of room and again - very clean and quiet. Priced so well for being with in walking distance to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable.

This was a 3 day trip to help with hurricane clean up. The duplex was very clean and close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

This property is at the perfect location-walkable to Nokomis beach, less than a mile to a grocery and drug store and local eateries. The place is loaded with all the amenities you need. Lots of dishes and silverware and extra pillows, blankets and beach towels. My friend is a self professed sheet snob and she liked them. The beds were comfortable. The living room had beautiful leather furniture with 4 electric recliners(two in the sofa). There are ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and the bedrooms. The TVs have Roku and I had no problem loading all my apps. The lanai is large and so relaxing. Beach chairs, noodles, even sand toys for kids are provided. A guide to the house was provided and very useful. The host responded immediately when there was an AC issue and a repairman was there within a hour. Definitely recommend!! I sure hope to be back.

Third Time Staying Here

We have stayed in this unit 3 times over the past 13 months. Some nice upgrades this stay with some new ceiling fan/lights and a k-cup coffee maker added to the kitchen. Great location. Great communication with owner. Will stay here again.

Clean and great location

Property was very very clean and had just the right amenities for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this place for a family that wants to cook in and enjoy dinner around the table because it that part of the home is small and not very conducive for that kind of thing. But if you want to just enjoy the Sarasota area, this is ideal and again super clean and quiet neighborhood located very close to the beach.

Nice place.

The screened-porch was very nice. The kitchen was smaller than I remembered from the pictures, but, we didn’t cook. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! It was a little hard to find. The beach is close- but, for us a short drive. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and we were close to family in Venice Beach.

This house has a nice amount of space and is in a quiet neighborhood. However, the beds were old and uncomfortable & the pillows were flat. Some of the furnishings & kitchen equipment were well worn. Red tide prevented us from being able to use the beach (March 2023) but this unit's location is convenient to Venice and Sarasota.

Warm in Venice

Felt great to get away from Wisconsin winter. The accommodation was nice and cozy. We especially liked being able to walk to beach, a couple of nice eating places and a fishing spot we'll keep secret. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Property for Our Family Vacation

This property was in an excellent location for our family, close to Nokomis Beach and a couple of great restaurants and convenience/beach stores. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with anything we needed for our stay. Loved the big screen porch in the backyard and the outdoor shower to remove sand from our days at the beach. Two private parking spots and keyless check-in were very handy. Pleasant stay

Easy access clean and well equipped. Provided were two new beach chairs and additional beach chairs and equipment. All you need for trips to the fine gulf beaches. A good family choice.
