Great place!!

Loved our stay at this condo. Our host was great with communication before we arrived. The condo was clean and had all the amenities listed and needed. We will definitely book again.

Heaven is a little bit closer by the beach

This was our first visit to Corpus Cristi/Padre Island (God willing we will have many more!). The location near the Whitecap Beach is perfect! The apartment is so cozy and perfect for relaxation. And Amanda is so sweet and helpful! Thank you for the wonderful week you let us spend in your apartment!

Great location, super clean

It was myself, my 2 teen sons and my parents and the condo was perfect for us. The guys especially liked that they could fish in the pond on the premises. The condo is local to food, shopping and the beach which is definitely close enough to walk to, we did rent a golf cart on our long beach day just to haul everything we needed. Owner was great with communication!

Comfy and relaxing

Check in process was not uploaded to website but a text with Amanda and we got parking info and the access code to the property. The accommodations were very clean and lovely. A map of the property and general area was not included in the welcome book which would have been nice to get acclimated. The advertisement gave the impression there was a beach view which we did not have but a short walk to the gulf was not too hard as we had a wagon for the kids. It would have been a very nice touch if a beach pack to rent with beach toys and maybe a boogie board would have been a nice option.

Great Vacation

Wonderful location. The beach was an easy driving distance from the condo. We greatly enjoyed fishing the pond and swimming in pool.

Relaxing visit

It was clean and well kept. Walking distance to the beach. It was very well stocked. There was an ice chest, chairs and beach towels available to use. That was very thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to Whitecap and more

Great property and lots of excellent communication. The 3 adults and three kids fit perfect. The closeness to one of the best beaches in North Padre and a fun pool made it a great stay!

Loved this place. It was clean and big enough for my family to be comfortable. It was close enough to walk to the beach. And includes a pool and a gym.

We enjoyed our stay but had issues with the downstairs neighbor who banged on our floor a lot, even though we were quiet. Also, noise from nearby traffic kept us awake, and we found stickers in our carpet.

Great Condo

The place was very clean! Close to the beach! The pool was nice and not crowded. Kitchen was well stocked.The only issue we had was the hot water didn't work because the faucets might have been installed incorrectly. We let the management company know.. Overall I do recommend.
