AMAZING EMPLACEMENT!

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à cet endroit! Ceci est la seule unité de 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée de ce complexe. Il y a une place de parking couverte et réservée pour votre voiture juste devant votre porte d'entrée et un bordereau réservé où vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau juste devant votre porte arrière. Vous pouvez faire de la pêche ou faire venir votre guide, juste devant votre porte! Ne pas faire de la pêche ou mettre un bateau? Pas de soucis, le canal offre toujours une vue magnifique et relaxante sur l'eau depuis votre salon, salle à manger et cuisine ET cette unité est également à côté de la piscine, du bain à remous et de la belle terrasse que les enfants et les adultes adoreront. Le parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture. Vous aurez CVS et quelques restaurants juste au coin de la rue et la plage n'est qu'à quelques minutes.

Cet endroit est vraiment un loin de chez soi. Un grand plan d'étage ouvert permettra à toute la famille ou à un groupe d'amis de passer du bon temps ensemble. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner et manger pendant votre séjour. Le salon dispose d'une télévision connectée et il y a aussi une télévision dans chaque chambre. Vous n'aurez probablement pas le temps de les utiliser, mais n'hésitez pas à apporter vos appareils électroniques de la maison car le wifi est fourni. Le câble est aussi. La chambre principale a un lit queen confortable et la chambre d'hôtes a également un lit queen plus un lit jumeau.

Nice place, however since it's waterfront there were some water roaches dead on the floors in the living room and hallway areas. The pool was next to our rooms so that was nice. The grandkids loved it.

There was numerous signs of unkept conditions throughout the unit. There was unfinished plaster on the wall behind the front door. The receptacle behind the single bed in the two bed bedroom had no plate on it. It was also food left in the refrigerator upon our arrival. Could I use the boat lift because the lift had one skid broken.

What makes it great is the management! Mr. Wilbanks was available immediately to help solve a small issue we had. Plenty of room and kitchen is well stocked.

Not clean. Shower was very slippery I fell and injured my shin and ankle and have had to take 4 days off work and multiple doctors appointments. Now in a boot. No kitchen lights. Cockroach running around.

Everything was good except the boat slip. This was not operational. Couldn’t park boat overnight. Bathroom ceiling was falling as if water leak from upstairs.

Mother’s Day Weekend

The property definitely needs some updating but the location was great for what we needed. The fishing was awesome and the pool area is fantastic. Sliding glass door needs replacing but we were careful with it and it worked ok. Beds were comfortable and AC was perfect.

Great View of Canal

The place has a few rough edges but overall pretty nice.We stayed for 30 days. They did have a nice welcome basket for us. Communication with manager was good initially, but when we contacted them about some shortcomings, i.e. the smoke detector didn't work, the toaster quit working, one patio/porch chair was broken/unrepairable, they didn't resolve the issues. Also the boat slip is broken, but was a non-issue because we didn't need it.

Terrible. Boat lift is broken. Spent the first 2 hours of my trip cleaning and posioning ants. Ants all in the living room. Food and dead bugs under couch im amusing attracting the ants. I got bit and so did my children. Called manager and they said this is a normal problem that is happening in all there units. Tub drain doesnt work so while you are taking a shower your standing in water. So disappointed in vrbo for allowing this property to be listed. I willnot be going back and i hope no one else will either

Very Poor

This place is a disgrace and had to leave right away. There are molds in ceiling and vents. A hole in ceiling that leaks water. Air condition filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Manager though was cooperative and gave me a full refund. But this place shouldn’t be rented out in this unhealthy condition.

All these issues have been fixed. The condo was blocked off for 2 weeks while the AC was repaired and the ceiling that was damaged due to the AC leaking was repaired. We also replaced all the ac vents in the condo. I hope you give this condo another try in the future and get to enjoy all the great amenities it has to offer.

Smells musty and like mildew

Outdated broken appliances dryer microwave. Walls had blotches of wrong paint color through the condo. Duck tape on sliding glass door. Beds were like concrete. Bath tub was from the 80’s the tub floor was so unstable.music at pool was loud and drunks till 230 am Some one parked in my carport for two days and management was told and did nothing about it. So disappointed with this whole ordeal What a waste of money wish I could post up pics of this place every time I opened the door the smell was so intense

Quick guys fishing trip getaway

Property was rather dated & some apparent wall/apont repairs in progress, door hardware etc not all functional. Beds/bedding were decent, pull out couch mattress was in very bad shape but we managed. Overall it was satisfactory for the affordable pricing advertised & fine for us guys for what we needed it for as just a place to sleep. However, the AC/temp was horrible for the others in my party. I stayed in living room & it was manageable with fan. We made call/sent message upon arrival about the AC & repair man was dispatched timely thank you, however, he tried but was unable to improve the condition at all & said the parts he needed to fix would not arrive until Monday. We understood, deciding to just tough it out & not make a fuss about it, went to walmart to buy fans to get us by as we were only there in the evenings/night & out early in the mornings. It would likely not be comfortable enough to stay in during the daytime heat. I made the booking & the guys were not happy having to pay me their share but did so reluctantly, they were rather disgruntled. Personally I would stay here again but hopefully some updates & repairs are made soon. Thank you.

End of Summer Get-a-way

My husband and I took our 3 grandkids for their first beach trip ever, and couldn’t have been more pleased! The condo was perfect for the 5 of us with all the conveniences of being at home! I was able to wash our beach attire and towels every evening and we had a great time winding down by taking a quick swim in the gorgeous pool next to us! Padre island is amazing and I encourage you to scoop up this place when available!

Great location!

We had a great experience staying at this condo. Everything was perfectly as described. The pool was right next door and each night we all enjoyed the fishing off the dock right out back. We didn’t catch anything big, but the kids had a blast with all the little fish they did catch. I was surprised to find that laundry soap, dish soap, and trash bags were all provided as several other places I’ve stayed have you provide your own. The covered parking spot right out the front door made loading and unloading a breeze. My only complaint was that some of the dishes cleanliness were questionable, so we washed them before using and also that there were no large knives. We bought a watermelon to cut up and take to the beach, but found we had no way of cutting it when we got back to the condo and had to make another trip to the store to purchase one. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

The property was dirty. Specifically hair clogging the shower drain and hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. There is visible mold growing on the bathroom walls. The garbage disposal didn't work and backed up the dishwasher. We woke up to water all over the kitchen floor and food and debris backed up in the sink. We notified property management and were told they would come over and take care of the issues. They never came, I guess I'm not surprised as my expectations were low considering the condition of the property. This was a guys fishing trip so although disgusting, we were ok. I would never allow my wife and kids to stay here. Stay away unless your standards of cleanliness are low.
