We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was equipped with everything and in a great location. The only downfall was the key was extremely hard to turn in the lock - which isn’t the owners fault, just the saltwater.

Weekend Stay at the Beach

The overall stay was great. The condo was nice and a very short walk to the beach. The bathrooms were a great size! The covered patio and grills at the complex were shaded, we used the grills a few times. The complex pool was underwhelming and has no shade but the kids still enjoyed it. They overall, would recommend.

Great clean place!!

Condo was very clean, great location. The pool was huge, kids loved it. The weather didn’t cooperate, But family had a blast staying there.

It was a nice stay. Property was really clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourelves. We enjoyed the pool, the patio/grill, and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Brett’s condo and will certainly be back again! The unit had plenty of room and was located just down the street from the beach which was fantastic!

Convenient to walk the beach

February Beach Escape

Sisters enjoyed a week at this condo near the beach. The condo rental was clean and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and the heated pool was a plus. We highly recommend!

The condo was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking necessities. It had everything you need to go enjoy the beach. The pool and grilling area were also very nice. Truly loved staying here. Within waking distance of the endless miles of beach. The host was very responsive and checkin was a breeze.

When we first arrived the apartment was not clean but Brett immediately took care of it and got his cleaning crew out there to clean. The exterior of the property could use a major repaint. The apartment is nice and the patio has a good view of the beach and we enjoyed the walking distance to the beach. Good size for a family of 5!

Very sorry for the cleaning issue. Our cleaner had another cleaning and had a delay getting there and we take full responsibility. This is a newer complex but unfortunately the sea air is very hard on everything with the salt. The complex is painted every 2 years and is scheduled to be painted again this fall. Hope everything else went well and you will be back again! Thanks!

Pathway to the sea

Very easy to find and get to. Very clean, everything you need is in the condo, and absolutely amazing views. Check in was at 4pm and they were still cleaning so we got in about 4:30pm. We will visit this place sgain.
