Avec près de 4000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, cette maison de luxe vient de terminer a beaucoup d'espace «Island Living» pour tout le monde.

Les grands ponts enveloppants et le 4ème niveau 'Crows Nest', avec une vue à 360 * sur l'île, ne sont que quelques-uns des bonus de cette fabuleuse maison. Les vues sur la baie de la voie navigable intra-côtière sont infinies! Levez-vous tôt pour des levers de soleil à couper le souffle ou détendez-vous et regardez les bateaux passer!

Les 4+ chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et disposent toutes de lits paradisiaques personnalisés. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision LCD avec câble, salle de bains privée et accès aux terrasses extérieures avec une vue imprenable.

Un beau plan d'étage ouvert fait un grand espace pour le salon avec une cheminée, une salle à manger et une grande belle cuisine moderne avec une barre de petit déjeuner enveloppante pour le divertissement.

Ouvrez les portes de la véranda et dînez ou détendez-vous avec vue sur le grand patio avec piscine chauffée et spa. Tous les écrans sont clos pour une belle jouissance toute l'année. Soleil, nager, dîner ou se détendre dans ce grand espace.

La grande salle de loisirs au large de la piscine dispose d'une télévision à écran LCD avec câble, d'une table de palets de 12 pieds, d'un baby-foot, d'un bar avec des sièges, d'un canapé-lit queen et d'une grande salle de bain complète. Un ascenseur dessert tous les étages pour votre confort.

Lazy Palm is a top tier home on Captiva. It's well taken care of, clean, supplied with everything you need for a worry free vacation. We love the layout of the house, perfect for large groups. Elevator is nice since it's a 3 story house, you can load your luggage or groceries and send them up. Perfect location to walk to everything, but the golf cart is a nice option. It's obvious the owner takes great care of her property and wants her guests to feel at home. Will recommend this home to anyone we know looking on Captiva.

Perfect beach stay for our large family! Gorgeous bedrooms, balconies, and common areas- very user friendly kitchen and awesome pool area. We used the golf cart to deliver the umbrella and chairs to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool before and after dinner. Gorgeous views from the various balconies and plenty of room to spread out. Magical week.

Great Stay at Lazy Palms

Wonderful home with great amenities , very clean and comfortable for our family get away. Lazy palms is spacious , had everything we needed and great location. Highly recommend and are already talking about a return trip.

Excellent home close to everything

Beautifully situated close to everything this is a very comfortable home. The pool area was easily spacious enough for our group of 7 and the house itself was in excellent shape (no mean feat considering the recent storms). The property owner was helpful and very responsive to all our questions.

Perfect for family and friends

This house was perfect for our two families of 4. The location was great and on a quiet street with easy access to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Upon arrival the house was very clean and inviting and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Captiva is a state of mind. Relaxed and beautiful.

We enjoyed every minute, with the pool just outside our door and the Gulf a 5 minute walk away. We met so many friendly people in the town of Captiva, just at the end of our street. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home!

The owner was delightful! She answered all questions and was a marvelous host. The home was beautiful. Golf cart certainly was a plus. Captiva is rebuilding nicely.

Lazy Palm Review

We had a great stay at the Lazy Palm. We loved the private pool and golf cart. We loved watching the iguanas in the trees. Great restaurants were close to the house. The house was in a great location.

Beautiful home, great location!

We've stayed at the Lazy Palm many times, and we're looking forward to our next visit. We've seen other homes in the area, and the LP is our favorite. The natural light, the pool/lanai, the elevator, the golf cart and such a great location in the village. LP is a great place to relax with family and friends!

A Perfect Vacation!

This property is excellent and Kathy is wonderful to work with. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Its location on Captiva was close to all of the action but secluded enough to feel like we were the only people in the area. We will return!

Excellent home and location on Captiva

We absolutely loved this home and location for our family vacation. The inside and outside of the home were exactly as pictured (if not better), very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Loved having the golf cart, beach chairs and other equipment to enjoy our fays at the beach! Great location, can walk to everything in town. Kathy was extremely responsive when we had questions. We would definitely return!

Another Great Stay

Another wonderful experience at the Lazy Palm, our 2nd stay! The property is well kept, clean and full of amenities. Particularly like the outdoor dining and pool for the kids. The owner is a pleasure to work with, accessible and very responsive. Minor issue that we had was addressed immediately. Look forward to returning again!!!

Fantastic Week at Lazy Palm

We had a wonderful vacation at Lazy Palm for our spring break. The house was perfect and fit our two families of 5. We enjoyed the easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. We also loved the pool, ping pong and access to the golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the grill. Kathy was so attentive to any needs that arose and was a responsive host. We hope to come back to Captiva and the Lazy Palm!

We stayed at this beautiful Captiva home for Thanksgiving week 2025. We had a party of 7 and there was ample room for everyone to enjoy. The pool/spa was great. The golf cart was fun to explore the village and to drop off grandma to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed hunting for seashell treasures and fishing from the beach was productive. We had a blast cooking Thanksgiving dinner for our family and 2 additional guests as the kitchen was great and very open to get everyone involved as well as watch football and work on the Captiva puzzle which we were determined to finish. There was great deck space to play our nightly games and the rooftop deck was amazing for morning coffee watching the sunrise. Overall, this was a great home for us. Extra bonus was closeness to get orange crunch cake at Bubbleroom only 1 min walk! Cant wait to return!

Captivacay

We really enjoyed our week. The golf cart was awesome. We did have a problem with the A/C upstairs but the rental company sent someone out late at night and he fixed it right away. The pool and hot tub were great and also having the elevator was a wonderful help a well. Great location to everything.

Lazy Palm

Lazy Palm is a beautiful house in a great location. Everything was a short walk away; beach, restaurants, stores. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which was a plus. The living area is open and a great gathering spot. Kathy is a very responsive host.

I now live in Pigeon Forge Tn. I grew up in Cape Coral (across the river) and have always loved Capitiva. This is like home to me. Weekends as a child were always spent boating to this island with my family. I eventually want to retire in this home so when I decided to build in 2007 I put in all the special features desired in a private home. I hope you enjoy my home as I do!!

I chose this location because it has a special place in my heart. It is also one of the most beautiful and unique places I know of. I grew up not far from here and have been coming to Captiva since I was a young girl. It just doesn't get any better than this !

You can enjoy a tranquil setting in the 2 & 1/2 story screened in Pool enclosure with a waterfall heated spa. The pool deck is large and has both shaded and sun areas for everyone. The entire first floor is a gameroom with a 12 foot shuffleboard table, foosball table, bar area, family room with large screen LCD television and DVD player, and a full bath. There are also 3 levels of decks offering both shaded and sunbathing areas and even a rooftop sundeck for the ultimate water view.
