Maison Martin 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain

Martin House est une charmante maison de vacances avec piscine chauffée et bain à remous, située sur une voie privée dans le centre du village. Il dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée entourée d'une spacieuse terrasse bien exposée (comprenant un coin repas et un bar avec un petit réfrigérateur), le tout dans une enceinte avec écran.

Promenez-vous dans Wightman Lane jusqu'Ă  la plage (pas de parking public). Et quelques pas dans l'autre direction vous mĂšneront aux restaurants et magasins du village de Captiva.

Martin House dispose de quatre chambres et de cinq salles de bain. La suite principale au deuxiÚme étage a un lit king dans une chambre spacieuse avec plafond voûté. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche surdimensionnée et d'une baignoire.

Les trois autres chambres sont au premier Ă©tage: lit queen, lit queen et deux lits jumeaux.

Boutique hotel in Florida Keys

Lovely spot for rest and relaxation in the Keys. Very friendly staff, great house keeping service and best continental breakfast ever!! Several places on the property to sit and unwind, including pool. Close to all action on Duval St. we loved it!

Then there’s location location location. Half block to beach and short walking distance to restaurants, bike rental, farmer’s market and other conveniences. House was a joy.

House was very clean. More than enough room for large groups. Nice screened in pool/patio/hot tub area. Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very short walk to the beach.

Captiva- Shell Yeah

What a magical place to stay! It was perfect for our family! We had 3 master suites and two children’s bedrooms. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and pool supplies! Close to the beach and cruises. Property manager-Lisa was always available and so kind regardless of any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous rental home on Captiva Island.

Fantastic rental for large family. Rooms were soread out and plenty of porches with relaxing furniture so everyone could have their space. Pool and hot tub were winderful and the beach is at the end if the road. Kitchen was very well stocked. Close to restaurants and YOLO if you want to rent bikes or jet skis or go parasailing. Great location! Our prayers are with the cimmunity as they continue to recover after Hurrican Ian, but go and support the local businesses so they continue to prosper.

Paradise found

This property had fabulous common areas and wonderful private bedrooms! The layout was perfect for our family. The house is huge, & the pool area is more than we could have asked for ! The only issue we had was we kept noticing a septic / sewer smell outside the house that encroached into the pool area. Worse in evening. We contacted property mgmt twice but no resolution. Other than that, the vacation was perfect!

It’s layout is ideal, the pool, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and shower are beautiful and practical. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of towels, and plenty of beach towels in the linen closet. The only thing this house needs to be PERFECT is a little wagon, otherwise, it’s as perfect as a house can be! We love this home and plan to continue to return over the years.

Three great bedrooms and 2 bunkbed rooms. 5 bathrooms. Wonderful porches with views of the road. It was fun to walk past the other beautiful houses on the private road to get the beach. Steps to restaurants, ice cream parlor, and shops. There was an eagles nest in the tree in the front yard. We will definitely stay again.

Many screened in areas to lounge around by the pool and also just sit and enjoy the scenery. Whenever we needed any items for the house, american realty responded promptly. The beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon were a huge bonus! The 3 master bedrooms were all spread out giving each group privacy when needed.

The house spoiled us with all its space. Three private master bedrooms, screened porch, quaint sitting areas around the walkway looking down over the large pool area, plus the big living room and a dining room table to all be together, or not. Only thing missing is a pool bathroom downstairs to make it a perfect location to vacation in paradise. Captiva Strong. We'll be back.

Love Captiva

It’s been 10 years since we stayed in Captiva, we have been vacationing in North Cap and never stayed outside of South Seas when we were in Captiva, but staying in the house we rented was perfect.. within 900 feet of beach, restaurants, shops, coffee shops
 everything. The house has two bedrooms separate from the main house that surround the pool, hot tub area and it was terrific. Will be back many times

It's been our family's yearly vacation spot together on the beach for over 15 years. Walk to the beach was doable even for this senior citizen. Close to good island eating places and shopping. Watching the sun rise over Pine Island Sound and set over the gulf offers spectacular pictures. Great family week with lots of nature sightings. Joey's ice cream pontoon boat pulling up on the beach is always a treat. Plenty of water thrills available too. Try to stay on the banana boat!

Lemke Captiva Vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and was in a wonderful location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We have stayed on the island three times before at different properties and our family's opinion was that this was their favorite. It was large enough so that everyone had their own space if they wanted, but a large place to gather also. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful and quiet. We only had a couple of complaints. The carpet in the hallways and bedrooms were fairly dirty, and the washer broke the first time we tried to use it. Besides the carpet the rest of the house was immaculate. American Realty has a washer and dryer available which helped that situation, but it was an inconvenience. A maintenance person was sent but was unable to fix it. I understand that things happen, but I was hoping to hear something back from the property owners about our issues, but did not. With that being said, our family would definitely rent this property again! It was beautiful! Doc Fords was our favorite place to eat and the desserts from the Bubble Room were fantastic! And American Realty was very knowledgeable and helpful in our booking. Great customer service!
