Notre maison de ville est située dans le prestigieux complexe Regal Palms Resort & Spa, un complexe triple classé AAA / CAA (3 diamants) et The Guild of Florida Owners (4 étoiles).

La station est le choix parfait pour les familles souhaitant avoir leur indépendance tout en profitant des installations d'une station et tout en étant proche des grandes attractions d'Orlando.

Le clubhouse dispose d'une réception ouverte 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, d'un restaurant et d'un bar sportif, d'un centre d'affaires avec connexion Internet, d'une terrasse de piscine et d'une salle de jeux. Le complexe dispose de salles d'entraînement, d'un spa, d'un complexe de santé et de beauté. Le terrain privé comprend un vaste complexe de piscines tropicales avec deux piscines chauffées avec rivière paresseuse, bain à remous, cascade et toboggan aquatique, un îlot central et de vastes terrasses ensoleillées.

La maison de ville dispose de 3 chambres avec lit king-size et de chambres 1 et d'une salle de bains privative avec baignoire et douche. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont chacune des lits jumeaux et partagent la 2ème salle de bain complète. La télévision par câble est dans toutes les chambres et la salle familiale.

La propriété dispose de la climatisation centrale, d'une laveuse, d'une sécheuse et d'un coffre-fort. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, four, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes. Il y a un parking pour 2 voitures. La salle familiale a des portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse couverte et un canapé-lit. La maison de ville mesure environ 1500 pieds carrés sur deux niveaux.

Resort was nice and kid friendly

The resort was very nice and kid friendly! Pool, lazy river, and water slide was very nice for the little ones. The front desk staff are very pleasant and the resort is clean. Just keep in mind if you loose your armband, you must pay $5 do receive a new one and they are made out of paper. Our Condo itself we were not as pleased with. It was comfortable, but we had problems with red Ants in two of our bathrooms, kitchen and kitchen table area. We are clean people, and kept our townhome very clean, using Lysol wipes to wipe everything down daily, putting the recycling and garbage out regularly, but this did not help. The resort itself had someone come spray for the Ants, and the owner also sent someone a few days later, as we still had a problem. Our master bathroom was bad, and we were unable to use it for most of our stay. The problem was eventually solved, but it took almost our entire stay. We feel we paid enough for our week stay, our vacation was not as pleasant as we expected. We also had to re -arrange our schedules to be present when someone came to spray, which I believe should of been the manager's responsibility. We also had to keep our passports in our vehicle the entire week, as our safe was broken, the owner was aware and did not share this information with us until we notified her of the problem. This was our third visit to the area, we did not have these problems at our previous resorts. We would sadly not stay again.

I am sorry the guest did not have the best time during their stay, I take pride in my house and having repeat stays, I am one of the original owners at this resort and would not still be renting if my house was not in great condition. The ant problem was unfortunate, a few times a year they are really bad, it depends on the heat and the rain, unfortunately it took a few days to get rid of them. The house is sprayed regularly but sometimes it takes repeated attempts to get rid of them. And yes the property manager should have stayed at the house and not the guest, if I had known about the request for the guest to stay at the home I would have taken care of that issue, the front desk sent someone to assist, they should have called me or my manager, the front desk is not part of my management team so they have no access to my home. I put a safe on order as soon as I was made aware of the issue, however I could not get it installed while the guest was staying, it was not available immediately. Again, apologies that your vacation not 5 stars, all problems have now been resolved.

Just ok, I would not tag as Premium. A good place to park, eat breakfast and sleep.

Well down HWY192/27, but not real close to the theme parks. Issues we had were door code provided was incorrect, ants throughout townhome, and faulty home safe. The additional fee per day (Regal Palms) is extremely excessive and adds up quickly if you don't plan to use the pools. Great pool area for kids. During our stay, the Palms seemed to cater to large spring break groups, so noise and overcrowding of facilities were an issue. My opinion, this resort will decline in rentals if overall issues are not collectively addressed by owners (supply/demand). Too much competition in the area for the price, in fact you see places flipping over in that area all the time. The owner was pleasant and attentive to issues listed, but it should have been turnkey for the occupant upon arrival. I would return, but not at price point.

A Great Place to Stay

Clean, well-equipped, roomy accommodations. An easy drive to Disney World and other attractions in the Orlando area. Pool, lazy river and water slide were a great favourite with all of us - nice and warm and very well kept. Never had a problem getting chairs or lounges to sit on. Hours were very good, daughter enjoyed fitness facilities. A totally enjoyable experience. This was my third stay at Regal Palms and if I go back to Disney, I will certainly stay there again.

Great Stay

Just stayed in May, kids had a fabulous time at the lazy river and water slide. The house is located just a short walk to the pool, which was great for getting back to the house easily. The house is very comfortable and was equipped well to cook a few meals too. Had a great time, we will be back next year.

March Stay

My family stayed in this unit for a week in March. The unit was well appointed, met all of our needs. It was clean and the location in the complex was excellent, very close to the club house and pool. Debra was very helpful in getting things set up. Would recommend this unit. Had good meals at the Bahama Breeze and Millers Ale House on Irlo Bronson Hwy, as well as Gator's dockside in Cagan's Crossing.

Great time!

We rented this unit for a Christmas vacation. It was great! Close enough to the theme parks and all of Orlando's attractions, but away from the craziness of the crowds at night. The resort had everything we could possibly need. The pool area with lazy river and water slide was a big hit with our kids. It was heated so even though it was only in the low 70's outside, they were able to enjoy it (in fact we spent the majority of our first day there). The resturant was good, and the prices were very reasonable. And the best part was we didn't have to eat out every meal. The unit had a well stocked kitchen, and there is a grocery store right next door to the resort. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

Holiday stay 2011

The TH was very spacious and well maintained, a great value for the money. I have stayed at Regal Palms before and this TH has alot of extra nice touches. I especially liked that all the main living area had ceramic tile and was very clean. The main pool area also had alot of nice new improvements, the whole resort was well kept. There were things to do for everyone. I will come back again.

Extreme disappointment

My husband and 2 young children arrived on 4/23/11 for a week stay and when we arrived at the townhome we discovered the door was unlocked to the first floor bedroom. Two of the three hand rails were hanging off the walls going up to the 2nd floors which was a safety issue for our toddler. Two of the closet doors were off track and unsecure. We found a twin bed pushed up against one of the closet doors to holding it up. The carpet was in terrible condition with enormous blacks stains on 2nd floor and in first floor bedroom. The tub in the master suite wouldn't drain properly took 20 minutes to drain. We were allowed to check in early, but clearly the unit shouldn't have ever been released in the condition it was in. As a result we checked out the next morning and had to find a clean and safe alternative. Would never go back.

Guest arrived during one of the busiest times of the year, asked to check in early and the resort accomodated. Unfortunately due to the busy time of the year this is they must have hurried their inspection and missed the carpet spots. There were pending workorders that were currently in progress, they had not yet been complete because the guest was allowed to checkin early. I personally checked this house during my stay right before the busy season started in March, all carpets had been cleaned and all maintenance issues if any corrected prior to the start of springbreak. Unfortunately all that can be done regarding carpets during a busy period is spot cleanings, apparently the inspection group missed the dirty spot. I am sorry this guest was unhappy, I take pride in my home and have many of my stays repeat . My phone number is posted all over the house and no one called. No one called the front desk either so there was no ability to attempt to remedy any of the problems. I send followup emails to my guests after a stay, the guest from the night before loved my home and said he would recommend to his friends, he did mention the tub was slow so I could attend to the maintenance issue. Unfortunately since his stay was the night before I did not get the response back for several days. I want repeat stays and would never do anything to jeopardize my rentals, when I visit I stay in my own home. I wish you would have called, again I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Great Value!

I just spent a week with a few girlfriends in this unit. We got a great value for the money. Fun pool area, clean, well equipped accommodations and the rental process with the owner was very quick and simple. Not too far from any of the parks and a supermarket within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this rental unit to others.

Everything we needed for a group of 9

We spent spring break at the resort. Everything was right on target. The check-in was uneventful. The house had everything we needed. We were surprised that there were enough place settings for our large group. The pool had to be over 85F. It was better than bath water.

Townhome rented from owner exceeded expectations

The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome rented directly from the owner exceeded expectations. It was immaculate and well furnished. The Regal Palm’s resort pool was great for all especially children. The small shopping mall nearby, an easy walk had several restaurants and huge grocery store. The smallest restaurant – The Bistro – was the best food and value. The airport was 40 minutes and the main entrance to Disney but 20 minutes. A great value and even greater good time.
