Situé dans le quartier des quatre coins du comté de Polk, à seulement 7 miles / 15 minutes en voiture du Walt Disney World Resort, la conception globale du Regal Palms comprend un complexe de piscines tropicales de 2 acres avec 2 grandes piscines chauffées (oui, des piscines chauffées!), toboggan chauffé, rivière Lazy chauffée, jacuzzi / spa chauffé (aussi chaud qu'un bain!) & cascades. Assez chaud pour nager toute l'année! Il y a aussi de vastes terrasses ensoleillées pour se détendre sous le soleil de la Floride et une aire de jeux pour enfants en plein air ainsi que la salle de jeux pour enfants et la maison d'amusement récemment construites Banana Jacks.

Le Clubhouse dispose d'un bureau de réception et d'enregistrement pratique sur place 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, et comprend un grand restaurant, avec un service de terrasse sur le patio au bord de la piscine, un bar sportif avec télévision par câble. Il y a de la musique live la plupart des vendredis et samedis soirs, du karaoké le jeudi soir et des divertissements la plupart des jours (en saison). De plus, il y a une salle de jeux avec table de billard, table de hockey sur air et une douzaine d'autres jeux vidéo, et un café Internet haut débit avec 4 postes de travail et une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit pour les ordinateurs portables.

Nous avons également une connexion Wi-Fi haute vitesse dans l'unité!

Notre propriété est l'une des plus grandes unis du complexe .. 1856 pieds carrés .. et est située à quelques minutes des installations et de la réception principale, et offre une vue panoramique sur la campagne de la Floride à l'arrière. Nous sommes une UNITÉ FINALE et avons un ACCÈS INTERNET Wifi gratuit dans la maison. Il y a deux maîtres, les deux avec lits king, les deux avec salle de bains ... l'un a un balcon meublé donnant sur l'aspect ouvert et une très grande baignoire. (Et un coffre-fort ... disponible sur demande) .Il y a deux chambres doubles partageant une salle de bain familiale. Nous avons le câble, les téléviseurs HD SMART et les DVD. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, réfrigérateur / congélateur ... machine à glaçons, micro-ondes et assez de crocs pour 8 personnes. Il y a une table de petit déjeuner dans la cuisine et une salle à manger plus formelle avec une grande table. Il y a une buanderie ... laveuse / sécheuse / fer / planche à repasser. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis pour une utilisation dans la maison. Il y a un patio avec des meubles, donnant à nouveau sur la vue dégagée. Les installations sur Regal Palms sont excellentes et le prestigieux Highlands Reserve Golf Club est de l'autre côté de la route. Le complexe est à distance de marche d'un supermarché et des magasins et une sélection de restaurants. Le mobilier est charmant et la maison est vraiment une maison loin de chez soi. Nous sommes convaincus que vous serez satisfait de l'hébergement ... (. Et juste pour vous faire savoir que toute la maison est pulvérisée régulièrement pour éviter les insectes !!!) UN SUPERBE ENDROIT POUR RESTER POUR COMPLÉTER LA MAGIE DE VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE ORLANDO.

Love staying here.

This is our 2nd time coming here and we will be back for sure. My 2 boys (ages 9 and 7) love the pools and the lazy river. It feels like home when you stay here, you feel safe and it is quiet.

Great vacation !

We spent a marvelous week at Tom's place. It's exactly as described : spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The resort is very convenient to rest after visiting the parks which are not too far. I would recommend this property to my friends ! Thank you Tom !!

OK here is the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.The property was quiet, with lots of space and the resort was gated and had a wonderful pool area. The master bedroom shower was great (the second upstairs shower was extremely loud) with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.The Bad. We are a family of 5, staying for a week and when we arrived all of the bathrooms had only ½ rolls of toilet paper with no spares. Seemed a bit unreasonable.1 thin roll of paper towels in the kitchen, again no spares.Told we had to wash dishes but were provided no dishwasher tabs. Had to wash sheets (more on this later) but no laundry detergent. TV in master bedroom would not stream anything. TV Remote control in Master . Bedroom had exploded batteries in itFry pans in kitchen had severely damaged nonstick coating that rendered them unusable Clothes Dryer worked only part of the timeHVAC could be set no lower than 72 degrees upstairs, no thermostat downstairs so stayed extra warmThe Ugly. Master bedroom had obvious URINE smell. We thought it was the comforter and washed it. Discovered that it was the mattress. Placed additional fitted sheet on the mattress and rotated it to try to get away from the smell. Reached out to the owner and got a heartfelt “This is not up to our standards” but nothing else. Ultimately, we checked out early.I have traveled all over the US, Central and South America and Europe and NEVER had an issue like this one. ZERO support in resolving our major problem

Very family orientated. Our stay was great. Only a couple hiccups that were not the owners fault and did pass these on to owner about maintenance. Would definitely go back to Regal Palms and especially Tom's place. Thanks for not going this Christmas to your condo, both families had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday.

Football Weekend

Enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms Resort for a football weekend. A fun and enjoyable stay before going to the Tampa Bay - Philadelphia Eagles game on Sunday. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to all inquiries. Would recommend to our friends.

Very nice room with plenty of space. Resort workers were very rude and difficult to get along with. A little confusing getting in and had no code or keys to get in so I had to call the management.

Access instructions (including code) were contained within a pdf file sent through the VRBO internal communications. I’m sorry this was missed. I have personally never experienced any rudeness from the staff at the resort but will forward on your feedback to them.

Enjoyed our stay

We went here on a family vacation. There were five adults and two young children. There’s lots of room in the townhouse for everyone to have their own bed/room. There is lots of room for people to sit. It was nice being able to walk outside. The townhouse is about a 12 minute walk to the pool area. We enjoyed the pool area. It was not too crowded when we were there. Temperature of water was good and the people were very friendly.The townhouse could use an update. The rugs are getting worn and furniture was not the cleanest and some chairs needed repaired.The kitchen had lots of plates, cups, pots, utensils.Overall, I would recommend staying here. We always felt very safe and it was a very quiet area.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was the perfect size and location for us. The children loved the pool and waterslide. We liked the fact that this unit was located at the back of the resort because it was very peaceful and had a country rural feel. We also loved that Publix and CVS were located so close as well. We hope that the next time we come back to the Orlando area that we can stay here. The unit was extremely clean. Thank you so much!

Ok but not the best.

It did the job but the beds aren’t very comfortable. They also don’t have a well stocked kitchen and the pots and pans were dirty and black. They also don’t give any extra supplies so you have to bring everything including trash bags which is inconvenient.

Very Nice Place

Stayed here for a combo family trip to the them parks for the New Year's Holiday. Nice place, first day discovered a broken coffee maker, but management brought a new one within a couple of hours. I was very please with communication. We also discovered on the last day that the washer was broken, which was a bit inconvenient for packing up. I did notify management again, but obviously did not expect that there was enough time for that to be resolved. The resort was nice and had lots to offer-we did get to swim 2 of the evenings and the kids enjoyed it very much.Overall, I will definitely keep this location saved for any future trips to the area.

Great neighborhood.

Overall nice stay in a great neighborhood. The beds were very uncomfortable but that happens when it’s a rental sometimes. The shower curtain needs to be replaced since it was covered in mildew. The rest of the home was clean. The TV remote was missing buttons so we had no TV for the trip. We were gone most of the day exploring theme parks so we just used our tablets. WiFi worked very well!

Very Spacious, fun amenities

Our family had a great time in this condo. The owner was super accomodating to our needs. I appreciated him helping us out. There was so much room for our big family. The pool area was fantastic. We spent a ton of time there. Some of the kitchen appliances are a little outdated. A couple of the burners on the stove took a long time to heat up so keep that in mind if planning on cooking large meals. Also the crockpot was missing a lid. But we made do. That was a small inconvenience for how much fun we had being there. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We stayed at the house from 7/23 - 7/29. The owner (Terez) was very nice and easy to deal with. She answered every email quickly. Very professional and helpful. The house was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. It is an end unit, which is a nice feature. The only complaint we have are the - for us - very uncomfortable beds (very firm for us) and scratchy towels. We also thought the house would be closer to the pool. After a long day at the parks we and especially our 5 year old son did not feel like walking about 10 min to go to the pool. But that's just a personal preference. The amusement parks are about 20 - 30 minutes away. Easy drive. We can totally recommend this owner and their house. I am advertising it already to friends. :)

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the condo; the space met our needs. The kitchen space was small and could have had a little more counter space. Since we are all in our 70’s the stairs were a problem for some us. The one issue we had on our arrival was not being able to access the key code on my email. I contacted the property manager but did not get a response. When I emailed the owner, he responded very quickly. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Hey there, we are a Mother and Son team who own our lovely property in Florida together. I am Terez (The Mother) and my son is Tom. We are both from, and currently living in England. My occupation is as a School teacher and my son is an Airline Pilot. It will usually be me that you talk to when enquiring about our house! Together with our on site property management company, we endeavour to do our very best to facilitate any requests you may have and genuinely hope you enjoy your stay in our home from home, and have a fantastic vacation!

We chose to buy our vacation property here at Regal Palms in Davenport, FL. Plain and simply because we love Florida, and the USA. We are close enough to be able to easily visit all the Central Floridian attractions when we come over, yet the community of Regal Palms provides us with a sense of seclusion and 'time away from it all' that can be refreshing after all the hustle and bustle.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Based at Regal Palms you will experience one of the biggest units on the development, and one of the nicely furnished interiors. Open plan downstairs living and well sized bedrooms with an ample selection of bathrooms. The property doesn't back onto other properties, but onto wide open fields providing for a beautiful view to drink your orange juice to on the patio in the Florida morning sun. This also helps to escape that 'rat race' feeling - yet still being close enough to all the community resources - bar, pool, gym etc.
