House features a stylish living room with a huge couch and smart TV, dining room combination with fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar, salt peeper for your convenience
Main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom
Second floor offers two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds with trundles .
We offer hair dryer, iron and iron board

Guests have access to the entire townhome and Regal Palms Resort Amenities. Front Desk is 24h open for your convenience so you can check in at ANYTIME! The property has 2 parking spots in the driveway. It is not allowed to park at the Napoli Drive. If you have a 3rd car, you should park in the available parking spaces at Regal Palms and they charge $10,00 per day.

Regal palms is only 15 minutes away from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal Parks. About 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is a Publix right around the corner as well as a lot of restaurants and stores

There will be a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment from Regal Palms at check in .At time of check out the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the from desk

Overall great experience

The house was clean, updated, and perfect for my family. The community was quiet and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the resort itself was often overcrowded, and the pools didn’t feel as clean as they should’ve been. We were also disappointed to pay a resort fee but still had to bring our own floats for the lazy river. None of the homes had private pools, which was a downside for us, and for that reason, we wouldn’t stay here again. On the plus side, the location was convenient to food and markets, but it was farther from the parks than we would’ve liked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Easily accessible from the highway and lots of back road options into Orlando because, let’s be honest, traffic is insane. Beautiful area with a great condo pool (towels included). We had 7 people in our company and fit perfectly. Well maintained and clean. Great communication. Thank you so much for opening your home to us! ☀️

The actual resort was great, but the townhome was very disappointing. My mom's sheets were stained with black spots and yellowish stains. There were no replacements for her queen sheets so she had to sleep on twin sheets on her queen bed our first night. Two of her blankets and one in my room had multiple areas with dried white fluid on them. I could not reach the host as the call would go to voicemail which was not set up. I had to call VRBO to get the host to send someone. A housekeeper came and replaced the bedding but was also sent to take pictures which was a conflict of interest. She was resistant to take some of the pictures which is understandable as it may have made her team look bad. That evening they sent another housekeeper to clean the tubs. Dealing with all of this, we lost a restful night and a full day of our stay. On top of this, the bathtub stopper in the kid room did not work. The water would quickly drain through the cracked stopper, so impossible to fill the tub. My son could not take a bath in there. He ended up having to use my bathtub each night. The ice maker and the refrigerator water filter were out all week, but I was too exasperated to call the host to come back and address these things after everything else. Also, I recommend you bring your own bath towels as the towels looked dingy and felt rough. It really is a shame as you have to bring so many things already that they should be providing. You can really tell they try to cut costs here.

Orlando family trip

Overall it was a clean and quiet condo/townhouse in family friendly development with good amenities nearby. As for the townhouse itself, we loved the mattresses (would love to know what kind they were). We were surprised by the limited supplies (I’m sure they’ve had thieves takeoff with supplies in past) but we were there for almost full week which meant we had to purchase dishwasher soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper and more. We brought our own washcloths (according to pre-arrival email, these aren’t provided). Each person had only one towel for showering. If this is how management wants to do it, maybe leave some detergent so we can wash the towels provided. No bathmats to step onto after bathing/showering. This was dangerous especially for my elderly parents who stayed with us. I put a pool towel down on their floor, but then we had fewer pool towels. No handsoap in 2nd floor bathrooms. Bedspread on 1st floor had stain, was fraying and dirty but management replaced it within 48 hrs of our request. Thanks for that. Another word of warning: traffic to and from this condo to airport and parks was excruciating. This was unavoidable. No routes around- we tried at least 3 alternative routes. Each slow. Spring break traffic in all of central FL in 2024 was bananas, even in late March. Temp. Control was great, fans were great, and TVs in all rooms were as nice. (One remote on 1st floor needs new batteries). A grill would have been nice. Thanks!!!!
