Pool, golf cart, private Paradise!

Our house is named "Serene on the Green" because those are the first thoughts you will have as you enter this beautiful home. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, our block and stucco home (San Lorenzo floor plan) captures you with its private setting and lush green space in the back of the house and throughout the large backyard. Having no rear neighbors is rare in The Villages.

"Serene on the Green" was just completely remodeled with new wood-look tile flooring throughout the whole house, brand-new all stainless steel appliances, and updated cabinets and fixtures. The house has 3 bedrooms (king in the master, queen in the guest room, and 2 twin beds in the den/office, 2 full bathrooms and offers a comfortable work space with a large desk in the den overlooking the golf course pond across the street.

But the star of the show is the wonderful screened outdoor area that leaves no wishes unanswered. A private plunge pool (about hip-deep, not heated, and no bubbles), plenty of shaded space for outdoor dining, reading, napping or just sitting back and listening to the birds.

Enjoy all The Villages has to offer while being able to retreat to your own private paradise to social-distance or work from here. If you come over for your "work-cation"you will be pleased to know that we have high-speed internet (400 Mbit), a stationary monitor for your use and a large desk for comfortable seating.

The house also features a 75 inch LG flat screen in the family room and a 55 LG flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Both with sound bar and over 125 cable channels via the Xfinity app.

Two guests can enjoy the owners' privileges to golf for free at the 40+ executive golf courses in The Villages. All of The Villages amenities and their unlimited free use are transferred to the guests for the duration of their stay with the Lifestyle ID card. The Lifstyle ID cards will need to be purchased separately upon arrival from The Villages Sales and Information Center at Lake Sumter Landing town square at the cost of $50 for two cards. This fee goes directly to The Villages and is not included in the rent. Also, there is a small feel for using golf carts on the executive courses but you can buy a monthly pass for $20 per cart. Drivers of our golf cart need to be 18 years and older and can't have a revoked driver's license.

Of course, all linens, lots of small appliances like an air-fryer, a Keurig coffee-machine, and a blender as well as beach towels are included. A washer and dryer are at your disposal. And for your BBQ needs we have a gas Weber grill outside the screen enclosure for you. But above all we do offer the free use of our new 2021 Yamaha golf cart in the garage. However, if the golf cart is in the shop or otherwise disabled the use of a loaner is not guaranteed.
