Welcome to Kokomo Joe's! Pet friendly & beautiful nature views! This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse can accommodate 10. This unit is decorated beautifully. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & private balcony with great views. Traveling with young children? This unit comes equipped with baby gates & a pack-n-play. You're just a short walk to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with sofas & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The living room has a 65” TCL Roku smart TV. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! (this unit has both a drip coffee maker & Nespresso machine). The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.

Your rental includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club - only 1/2 mile away. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms and showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks and beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to for the night. The master bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The master bedroom suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a walk-in shower. There is also a 50” TCL Roku smart TV to catch a late-night movie.

The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding & a queen size bed, it also has a 50” TCL Roku smart TV. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (guard rails included). Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo.
We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.
