From the moment you enter Lost Key's gated community, you'll feel the serenity and beauty of nature. Every effort has been made to maintain the existing topography and natural landscape. The unique elevation of each brand new, luxurious townhome conforms to the environment. Buildings have been arranged to maximize natural water views, golf course views and native wildlife. Note from the Owers: Kokomo has been a dream come true for our family. While we love being so close to Orange Beach and the excitement it offers we found Perdido Key to be a quiet refuge and peaceful retreat for us. We enjoy dinner at the clubhouse, enjoying the delicious food while the waves crash nearby. When we can peel our kids away from the beach we can be found at the luxurious swimming pool in the Lost Key Community. Lost Key has been such a wonderful fit for us. We feel so blessed to be able to share Kokomo and hope that it blesses each person who enters it.

Great place to stay, access to the shuttle for short ride to the beach, pools and fitness center was plus. Close enough to walk to beach if needed. Place was very comfortable and clean.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with this property! It was incredibly beautiful and so spacious for the 5 of us. The bus to and from the beach/clubhouse was a great convenience and so nice. I’ve already recommended it to friends and can’t wait to go back. Perdido is wonderful beach town without all the craziness of the larger cities.

The whole property was as we expected. The rooms were clean, they had many appliances and the view was great and really close to the beach and beach club! We really enjoyed our family stay! Would love to come back.

Independence Day Trip

Great place to stay if you are traveling with family or friends. Nice secure location, plenty of space to spread out. No worries about overcrowding at the beach. Overall we really enjoyed this trip.

Kokomo at perdido key

We have been coming to perdido key for several years now and have found we like staying at lost key. This is the 1st time we have stayed with perdido key management company at lost beach. Everything was stellar and they where so accommodating and helpful during our stay.

Great stay for family near the beach. Townhome was clean and recently updated with nice amenities and convenient shuttle to the beach from 10:30 to 7:00. The air conditioner on the top floor gave out halfway through our stay and they sent a repair tech within 45 minutes even though it was late in the evening, and he stayed to finish until almost midnight. Our only complaint was that a lady in the adjoining townhouse often went outside their back door to smoke, sending the noxious smell directly up to our back porch so we had to go inside (we have a family member with asthma). This only happened a handful of times during the last 2 days, otherwise we might have reported it or tried speaking to her directly and hoped for a polite response -- unlikely. It's not clear to me if this is an entirely nonsmoking property (it should be given the close quarters of each unit). If it is, it certainly isn't well-signed. I would be pretty annoyed if I'd rented a unit for a week and happened to get neighbors who frequently smoke, so I'd ask about this for next time.
