This brand new 2400sq ft estate is a modern adaption of the Lake Havasu desert style architecture, perfectly situated along the 3rd fairway of the Lake Havasu Golf Club. Renowned builder Desert Sun has created another masterpiece in the prestigious and highly acclaimed Residential Estates community. The superb quality of the finishes and the amenities included are sure to please the most discerning: 3 Bedrooms in the main house all with plush king size beds, a Casita featuring 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds, 50 ft deep RV Garage with 14ft tall door, 110 Lb. Commercial ice maker, gas fire pit, Oversized pool with a spa that seats 20, 85-inch TV in family room, both indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system- Certainly everything expected in a home of this stature. Spectacular views, spectacular finishes, and spectacular resort lifestyle await you.

This home is conveniently stocked with the standard household products including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos. Our home is also equipped with carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Enjoy top of the line plush bedding, linens, and pillows in every bedroom.

Gourmet kitchen includes mixing bowls, pots/pans, mixer, blender, griddle, Keurig, and much more.


This property has 6 security cameras. 5 exterior and 1 in the garage. There are no cameras located in the home. We do not monitor these during your stay; however, homeowners may verify occupancy during check-in.

Winter pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost.

We enjoyed the house. Pool was nice. Our only complaint might be the lack of any cocking supplies. Seasoning, oil, sugar. Daily staples. It hard to have to go purchase those things that are used by all. We didn’t have enough soap for the dishwasher so couldn’t do the last load. There weren’t enough glasses so we had to purchase wine and cocktail glasses. We left those for the house to use for future guests. The middle bathroom had no hand towels. We had a great time and would recommend your home to others traveling to Lake Havasu.

Amazing house. Perfect backyard

Derby weekend at Lake Havasu

We had a great weekend with our family of 10, enjoying the pool and large hot tub. Then watching the Kentucky Derby on the huge tv was excellent. An awesome layout for our family with 4 children under 5.

GREAT LOCATION/BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

This was a perfect location, very quiet, and upper scale neighborhood right on golf course. So had a great view of the course and we enjoyed hanging out on the gorgeous back patio watching the golfers. The owners take pride in this property, it was very well maintained and super clean. They were also very accessible if you needed anything.

I give this place 1Million Stars!! We never thought we could love a house more! it was super clean and all our kids aged 14-19 loved it! very comfortable, great view, awesome use of space. the house was so immaculate and clean!!! we will keep coming back. Amazing Property

This house did not disappoint! Our family stayed the weekend and spent the majority of our time at the house and in the pool! Everything was so clean, and the house was well supplied! We felt safe in the luxury neighborhood, and are looking forward to our next stay here!

Wonderful experience

Very clean home with a very well stocked kitchen. The hot tub and pool were amazing as well as the comfort ability of the beds. The host was very kind and responded right away with our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and Accomodating

Great, high tech property that was very accommodating for our party of 16. The backyard was a hit with everyone after a long day of boating on the lake. The xl rv garage was perfect to house our boat and truck together. Highly recommend staying here

He first started off as a renter but since 2013, he's been providing rental homes in Lake Havasu. We love people, we love entertaining, and we love beautiful surroundings. This is our fourth rental home, and we are well versed in providing you with above and beyond amenities, comfort, cleanliness and an overall luxurious experience.
