The Bungalow is a great home base for all things Acadia and the surrounding area. Ingrid was super responsive and had many great suggestions like the Little Fern restaurant. We loved it!

The Bungalow was a sweet little gem in Southwest Harbor! The cottage was clean, had a super comfortable bed and felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. The location provided easy access to Acadia and nearby attractions. If we are fortunate enough to return to the area, we would absolutely stay at The Bungalow again!

A lovely place to stay! Conveniently located within walking distance to coffee and shops in Southwest Harbor, and a bed so comfy I took note of the mattress as we were packing up.

The Bungalow was a great place to stay for our visit to Acadia. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and two deer greeted us when we came back for the day.

The property was exactly as shown on the website. We had everything we needed. The bedroom is tight but that was not a surprise. We did have a problem getting the heater to work properly. Once I notified the host, they came within minutes to fix the problem. We enjoyed the local butterfly garden just down the road a short distance

We loved staying at the Bungalow for 3 days recently. It was clean and very comfortable. A highlight was a washer/dryer unit, so convenient. The bungalow is set back and in a good location to a grocery store and some restaurants. We hope it is available the next time we go to Mount Desert Island.

This was a wonderful property to stay at if you plan on visiting Southwest Harbor. My wife and I were looking for a quiet property on the "Quiet Side of the Island" and we found this gem that fit our trip perfectly. We wanted a property that we could unwind at night after long days of visiting Acadia, eating lobster and taking plenty of pictures. The property was welcoming and cozy. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen to make our breakfast and dinner meats at. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we come out this way.

Perfect spot to see Acadia!

Our stay was so great! The property is even cuter than pictured, perfect for a two person getaway. We were able to access everything we needed in the park and have a quieter retreat from bustling bar harbor. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

Location was perfect for access to Acadia National Park. Super quiet in Southwest Harbor. Would love to stay there again. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend!
