Conveniently located across Ocean Road from Scarborough Beach, one of the best in South County, with complete changing facilities, snack bars, and fully life guarded. With only steps across the street, your toes will reach the soft beach sand and salt water.

Expansive 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with an exceptional manicured backyard and outdoor living space. Enjoy your mornings sipping your cup of coffee and relaxing on the either the upper or main level deck, taking in the fresh salt air and beautiful sunrise. This unique property boasts a large main level deck with multiple furnished seating options to lounge, enjoy the sun and the spectacular ocean views. The main level deck has a BBQ (grilling utensils provided) and a portable bar. Nothing beats a summer barbecue accompanied by a refreshing cocktail. Stunning views of the ocean are endless at this property.

There are two spacious living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. Off of the first floor living room you will find a cozy den/office space. Both living rooms are equipped with flat screen TV's and cable. Large windows allow for great sunlight throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking items (pots, pans, glasses, utensils and appliances). There are two options for indoor dining, one table (seating 6 in the kitchen area) and another table in the dining room for a more formal setting (seating 6). In the garage you will find a secondary refrigerator.

One the first floor, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite. As you make your way upstairs, you will find the second living space and the other 3 bedrooms with beautiful high ceilings. The comfortable master bedroom with en-suite has a queen bed and plenty of drawers and closet space for your belongings. The master bath has a standing shower and jacuzzi tub. Another bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TV's.

Grab the beach gear (6 beach chairs are provided by owner) and head right over to Scarborough State Beach without the hassle of parking. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy rinsing off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower. This property is truly a gem with fabulous ocean views, desired location, and both grand indoor and outdoor space.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-30lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Cameras/surveillance: Exterior cameras are located outside, one is located on the front door facing the street and one is located on the back deck facing the ocean. These are there for security/safety reasons only.
