We've installed a new taller FENCE, extended the backyard PATIO to have a larger eating and hang out area since families love the yard for the kiddies (adults young at heart) and dogs to run around. :)

We named our place "The Queen City Jewel" in honor of Charlotte's nickname "Queen City" and the use of color throughout the house to honor a queen's jewels. ;)

When you walk in the door to the beautifully designed living & formal dining room. You will immediately notice how spacious and relaxing the vibe of the place is. Color splashed around the house that speaks to the youth and modern designs of today.

The home has a Security System that will make your stay stress-free. There is a doorbell camera facing the front exterior of the home.

Ample driveway fits 4 full size cars and street parking.

OUR HOME IS IDEAL for larger groups as we can sleep 13 people or those wanting a very large house to spread out.

We're both for vacation renters, corporate rentals, traveling workers and those relocating to Steele Creek, South Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay. We're only 5 min from the main highway to quickly access those areas.


**** FIRST FLOOR ****

LIVING ROOM:
-- You have a SMART TV with a SOUND SYSTEM you can connect to bluetooth for music during family and friends bonding time or your cooking time! The couch can comfortably sleep an adult, we also have an air mattress available.

KITCHEN:
-- We've try to think of as many amenities to accommodate our traveling chefs. ;) We offer a standard coffee maker, as well as a FRENCH PRESS for our coffee lovers. Two toasters to choose from, including a toaster oven to nicer warm or toast some left overs.

FORMAL DINING ROOM:
-- We have a bench as well as formal seating for a nice family or friends meal.


**** SECOND FLOOR ****

All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We have 3 bedrooms PLUS a Bonus room that invites that relaxing feeling you have when you are comfortably staying at your own home. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE A SMART TV!


PRIMARY BEDROOM w/ attached Bathroom:
-- QUEEN BED -- When you reach the top of the stairs, to the left, you have the Primary bedroom with an attached bathroom. This bedroom is SEPARATED from the additional bedrooms by the large Walk-In closet and hallway bathroom.

SECOND BEDROOM & THIRD BEDROOM:
-- QUEEN BED -- To the right of the stairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms which are across the hall from each other (not next to each other) for some added privacy.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM:
-- The full hallway bathroom separates the Primary and additional bedrooms.


BONUS ROOM:

-- 4 TWIN BEDS -- The large, spacious bonus room is next to both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (which is on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom). This room also has a SMART TV, a PLAYSTATION as well as GAMES and TOYS for the kids.

BACKYARD:

PATIO:
-- When you exit the back door, you're greeted by some crisp fresh air and a nice comfy outdoor sofa right there on the patio! There's also a great table for you to enjoy your meals, a chat or just some drinks.

YARD:
-- NEWLY re-fenced, so no kids or fur babies can escape if the gate is closed! Great place for kids, dogs OR adults to run around and enjoy some fresh air. There are also outdoor games like Giant Connect 4 and CORNHOLE.

As there aren't always guests that honor our home that we spent extensive time to deliver the best possible home experience. We've had to implement an extensive House Rules for our guests which consider the experience of current and future guests, while being respectful of our home and neighbors.
