Affordable luxury on the beach!

This ocean side property is the perfect beach getaway! With private access to the residential beach, pool, shower and sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, just a few steps away from the back door. This, 2 bedroom and 1.5-bathroom condo has been recently renovated, upgrading the kitchen with all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. This welcoming open floor plan also provides you with a private patio downstairs, as well as a private balcony upstairs to enjoy your ocean view. Only minutes away from local gift shops, restaurants, NC Aquarium, Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Being this beach property is considered residential, it’s less crowed on the beaches allowing families to comfortably space out. So, run away and come relax on the beach! Take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the top deck or take in the evening sunset, the list goes on!
 

As our guest, you get to enjoy the luxury of our entire townhouse all to yourself.
Our place offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs as well as a specious living room and a full kitchen with a half bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy ocean side view. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed that can sleep up to 3 children conformably. Downstairs you will find a specious living room where everyone can enjoy games or even relax with a movie night. For easy access, the television is preset to offer free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO MAX and basic cable for additional enjoyment. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for extra space.
 
A maximum of 6 guest is recommended. This unit also does not allow pets. There is no smoking allowed inside the townhouse.
 
Linens and towels will be provided for your convenience but you will have to provide your own beach towels. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit.
 
There are two parking spaces available, located directly in front of the unit. Beach chairs, a tent and an umbrella are available for your enjoyment. We love sharing our home with our guests and want to thank you in advance for taking care of our home as you would your own!
 
During your stay, you will be held responsible for any damages made to the rental property that is caused by you or accompanied guests.

The house was very clean, accommodating and had all the essentials for our stay. The property was ideal for our kids and they enjoyed playing with all the other kids staying at the property. Mid-week Vacay

We had a wonderful and relaxing time! We live PKS for how peaceful and calm it is but close enough to the restaurants and activities at AB and EI. the condo was clean and prepped for beach goers. A short walk to the beach and pool was the cherry on top! We will def be back!

Townhouse by the beach

The property worked out very well during our visit with family. We sat outside on the patio and drank coffee every morning. The central location on the island was convenient and the beach nearby was beautiful and peaceful. We had a glitch when we arrived and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Great Location

Beach rental was perfect for us! Just a short walk to the beach. Room was nice, had well equipped kitchen and beds were comfortable. Pool was nice after day on beach and everything was close by. It had everything you would need there. Only down side was one full bath for five people....a little tough at night when everyone wants a shower. It was a great place to stay!!!!!

Atlantic Beach

We, my two sons, one girlfriend and myself, had a wonderful stay at the beach. Check in was straight forward and easy. Parking sites are marked and there's two. The townhouse was clean, updated and everything worked the way it should. It was super convenient to the beach and pool. The other guests of the property were friendly and nice. The area felt safe and secure. The host, Kate, was prompt and addressed my questions quickly. Its a great place to relax and enjoy all the beach has to offer. Great Place, we'll be back !!

Wonderful Property

This property was just as described. We loved how close it was to the beach. It made an early morning or evening walk on the beach fantastic! The pool was great too! The decor was lovely! I highly recommend this property. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home

We had such a wonderful time on our friends weekend. This home was very updated, clean, had supplied us with all the simple necessities. We couldn’t have a better location on the beach. Our host Kate was fantastic- responded quickly to any question we had. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

This place was awesome. Literally, steps from the beach. Very nice condo. A pool, which is never crowded, nor was the beach, for that matter. Close to restaurants, mini golf and the aquarium. We loved it and hope to go again real soon!

Perfect getaway!

My family has been coming to Emerald Isle for over 50 years
 we’ve stayed in Pine Knoll Townes for the majority of our visits and this place was by far the nicest unit we’ve seen. The owner was super quick to respond to anything we needed, and so nice. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Peaceful perfection and relaxation

The check-in and communication with the owner was efficient and smooth from day 1. The rental was beautiful! After a short walk my family and I were on a beach that was quiet regardless of other residential buildings also near the beach. We found so many shells on our walks that we had to go buy a something to store them all in for the travel home. Thank you for opening your home!! #WorthEveryPenny

Good stay with a few issues

We were pretty pleased overall with our stay! A couple issues, lots of random food stored in the refrigerator that took up quite a bit of space. I assume that it was from past guests and that it just isnt cleaned out after their stay. We found and killed 3 cockroaches in our unit, which I am not sure if that is a big deal or not. The online booking to us made us think that we were going to be in a unit that looked different from the outside. We were under the impression that the condo ran parallel with the ocean not perpendicular. The location was still great and the beach was not crowded. I had some issues with the provided fire stick that I was able to resolve myself, but before I did it myself I tried calling the owner who didnt answer. One last thing is that the hand towel holder in the lower bathroom kept falling off and needs to be tightened. We really did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this place. Just a few things that need to be addressed.

Nice family stay

My family and I had a relaxing Labor Day getaway here. The building has an old exterior (built in the '70s) but the inside is modernized and well-equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom for coffee in the morning and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which was not crowded for a holiday weekend. There were a few light bulbs out in the apartment and the master bedroom bed felt small and not very comfortable. But overall we had a great stay here.

Short walk to the beach

We booked this unit because it was super close to the beach and were very satisfied. It does not look like much from the outside but the inside is beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and having a pool on the property was an added bonus. We will definitely be booking here again!
