Beach access for long walks and it's also conveniently located near the inland Santini Marina Plaza Shops and other convenience stores. It's truly your getaway from reality. Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed for guests. The unit has a kitchen stocked full of the essentials and a dishwasher. Unit comes equipped with Broadband Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The condo is a corner unit with great views of the entire Gulf from Sanibel to Naples. Washer and dryer combo in unit.

Loved the pool and the views. Weather was not cooperating though. Had minor issue, but owner very responsive even followed up with us about it after the stay. Probably one of the best equipped and stocked condos we have ever stayed in on the island. Would recommend.

The view was fantastic. The host was very prompt answering any and all questions. He provided help promptly as needed. The condo was clean. Lots of hangers. Nice labels identifying where things were located in the kitchen.

Lovely setting!

We had a great time. The condo is away from all the busy area which is what we wanted, just a short walk to restaurants etc. Everything was just as pictured. This was my first VRBO experience so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jim was great to work with and returned messages quickly. The condo had all the kitchen essentials, beach accessories, etc. We would love to stay there again on our next Fort Myers trip! Of course the view was fabulous. Definitely worth the trip! Thanks for everything Jim!

Excellent beach, location and view

We always had concerns that Fort Myers beach was wild & crazy. While this is true on the North end, South Fort Myers beach is wonderful. It has everything for a quiet vacation.

Our condo

Was a pleasant location on the beach. Pool and area was clean and nice an needed a key to visit. Walk to beach was a short path. Condo furniture (couches) was covered with protective covers not to be removed. Kitchen was totally complete except for disposable. View was gulf/beach. Only 1 tv in unit but lots of books to read.

Great location and beautiful beach view

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riviera Club. The owner, Jim, was extremely accommodating in every way! There was a plaza within walking distance for shopping and eating that was nice as well. Super view of the beach and nice pool and hot tub too! We definitely recommend staying there and look forward to coming back :)

Great vacation

Spent a week at this condo, next time will be at least 2 weeks. The condo is just as advertised. Great location right on the beach, nice screened in balcony, clean, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. Good communication with the owner.

Everything we hoped it would be plus more!

This place was amazing. It was everything we were looking for and more. The location is perfect. Very family friendly. Private. Locks and keycodes on everything so no worries about people that didn't belong there. Close to 7/11 and Publix. Easy walk to the pool and beach. All the extras that the owner keeps at the room made the stay that much better. The view from the master bedroom was just awesome. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Excellent location and view. Nice and quiet.

My wife and I stayed here from Sunday-Saturday. We absolutely loved the view from the screened porch, the quick walk to beach and the pool area. Overall, it is a really nice and quiet area away from any hassles. Still quick drive to some stores so that was nice too. Lots of little extras/details in the condo that are all really well organized. Great communication from property manager ahead of time to set up check in and he messaged me a few times to check on us. Really glad I chose this one over others I was considering.

Lots of extras. Dish soap. Hand soap. Coffee. Paper supplies. Linens. All provided. Ice ready in the freezer. It's the little things that make a difference. Fantastic building. Amazing waterfall pool. Would totally go back!

Our family has owned this unit since 1997 and have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for the last 40 years. We are all from the Buffalo, NY area, so time down here in the sun is relished. However, we are not in a position to enjoy this condo unit year round, so we are sharing this property with our guests to take in all the area has to offer.
