The Plaza's quarter-acre oceanfront deck is home to one of Ocean City's largest outdoor pools, perched above the dunes with unobstructed views of the waves rolling in — the perfect spot to relax in a lounge chair and soak it all in. And on those rainy beach days? The indoor pool keeps the fun going for the whole family without missing a beat.

The newly renovated Jolly Jellyfish Tiki Bar is now open on the expansive quarter-acre oceanfront deck, offering freshly crafted cocktails and live bands daily — a beach vibe truly unmatched anywhere in Ocean City, MD. For a more refined evening, the indoor Chesapeake & Capri Restaurant delivers an exceptional Italian and seafood fine dining experience with premium spirits and stunning oceanfront views.

As owners with firsthand experience in healthcare (Johns Hopkins Health System), we take cleanliness and air quality to a level you won't find in most vacation rentals.
• Halo Whole Home Air Sanitation System — UV-C LED technology integrated directly into the HVAC, continuously circulating purified air throughout the unit
• EcoQuest Breeze 2 Commercial-Grade Air Purifiers — 6-stage UV-C filtration, including a photo-catalytic filter that traps and deactivates bacteria and viruses; rated to sanitize the entire condo's air volume every 25 minutes
• Optional ozone purification between stays — a full treatment of all air, surfaces, and bedding at no additional charge. The unit simply requires ~10 minutes of airing out prior to entry. Please inquire at booking if you'd like this included.
• UV-C sanitizing boxes provided for remotes, phones, wallets, keys, and more
• Professionally cleaned using EPA-approved products
• All linens freshly laundered between every stay (guests are also welcome to bring their own)
Guests with allergies, sensitivities, or a preference for an exceptionally clean environment will feel right at home. We hold our condo to the same standard we'd want for our own family — and we're proud to offer that to yours.

Covid protection information -
- High powered UV-C light installed within the HVAC system circulating sanitized air throughout the unit.
- 2x Eco Quest Breeze 2 Commercial grade Air Purifiers providing continuous UV-C air purification offering 6 stages of air filtration, including a photo-catalytic filter that traps bacteria and viruses to be deactivated by UV-C light. The 2 air purifiers are rated to sanitize the entire volume of air of the condo every 25 minutes. Combining the HVAC with these units will hopefully provide our clientele with a sense of ease during these times.
- ***Optional ozone purification of all air, surfaces, beds, etc within the unit between rentals free of charge. Please inquire about this as the unit will need to be aired out for ~10 mins prior to entry but would sanitize the condo even further if this interests you. We will be doing this for our family, so we wanted to offer it to yours.
- UV-C sanitation boxes provided to sanitize TV remotes between rentals and available to renters for masks, phones, wallets, keys, etc. during your stay.
- Condo is professionally cleaned (on top of ozone/UV-C sanitation) with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19 including wiping all handles, switches, outlets, door knobs, etc as recommended by CDC guidelines for covid.
- Linens will be washed between all rentals. If you prefer to bring your own linens, please let me know.
We take covid/RSV/Flu very seriously as we do have high risk individuals within our family, and extending this to our clientele. We invested significantly to keep everyone safe, however we realize nothing is 100%, so continue to follow all guidelines within the building as well. Plaza management goes above and beyond for your safety, and we wanted to match those efforts within the unit.
