Brand new living room reclining sectional couch!!!!! ,80-inch tv, new stainless-steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. YOUR family is going to enjoy relaxing on the beach and having a drink at our Jungle Bar or dining at the restaurant downstairs. Brand new tiled bathrooms with lots of room for the kids. Watch the sunrise against the waves and relax at this great condo. Don't settle for looking at a parking lot or the roofs, watch the waves 24/7. NON-SMOKING NO PETS.........................We welcome all American patriots.......... discounts on full week rentals.


Cancellation Policy: Not as strict as HomeAway states. A refund will be processed, fee is10% of rent amount with 60 or more days notice

Beautiful Condo with a stunning viewof the beach. We had direct beach access from lobby. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice as we stayed in November. The outdoor pool look nice with a huge sundeck the overlooks the beach. The couch in the condo is as comfy as it looks. Plenty of room for a family. Could use more pots and pans...but since it was just a weekend stay for us, we eat out. Would stay again!!

Location was great and unit was incredibly clean and spacious. Rating is lower than 4/5 or 5/5 because there was no response from the owner after I communicated through the app. First, there sofa bed in the den was broken. I took pictures, and notified the owner (I understand there’s nothing he could’ve done in the moment, but an acknowledgment would have been nice since we were depending on/expecting to be able to sleep in three distinct sleeping rooms). We also couldn’t find the parking pass the owner and promised, again, no response. The last thing is that the garbage disposal didn’t work, and it appeared it might not have the previous tenant either. I did not reach out to the owner about this as he hadn’t replied to my two other notices.

The living room furniture was very comfortable. It had 3 recliners in the sofa. The room with the sofa bed was dirty. Kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. The dishwasher is not attached properly, but does work. There were no hangers for clothes in the closets. The closets were very messy and disorganized, having pillows on the floor. The owner will accuse the renter of damages that didn't occur. Beware!

Perfect location. This was our second stay at the Plaza and we have nothing but great things to say about it. The owner was great and answered all of our questions quickly. The kitchen was perfect had everything you need for great experience. 10 out 10 would definitely stay there again. Great family spot.

Stay at the Plaza OCMD

Nice building. Entrance was not accommodating for luggage carts as it was on a grade and there are bumps.Lobby was clean! Elevators were clean. Having 4 Elevators was nice!

We needed 6 beds ended up having only 5 supposed to have 2 bedrooms and 2 den pull out beds only one pull out other then that was a good

Excellent gettaway home

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and updated. The owner was easily avaliable, check-in was easy, and the staff in the lobby were very welcoming. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Condo Temps..

The Palace was nice, the staff was as helpful as they could be, do to the fact that they have no control over the privatly owned unit. The key pad did not work , and the temperatures in this unit is at the mercy of the owner. He has an app on his phone that controls the renters comfort level. He promised after several calls to compromise as we were also compromising our comfort level. However it was NOT as agreed and we were at his mercy! "Open the windows" he said. And then you heard 3am partiers on the beach and the wind banging things around. Everytime you flushed the toilet in the 2nd bathroon you would hear a loud sound, Air going through the pipes like a fog horn. We are not unreasonable people. We have been to many VRBO. the first time we ever experienced this. You pay for a vacation of comfort. We were NOT comfortable any night. . You go on vacation for rest and relaxation. We were up at night more then we slept! Great building to stay in,I would not recommend this unit.

Great price, great stay

This place was so comfortable and cute! It could use some cosmetic repairs but nothing that effects your stay and host was up front about it. It comfortably fit my best friend and our 5 children. Comfortable beds and couch! Host was quick to respond to my questions when asked, check in and out were seamless and the pool and front desk were great. We will definitely be back!

We had a great vacation at this beautiful condo!! The views were stunning!! It felt like a little home away from home
quiet, cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Robert, the property owner, was very professional & helpful. I hope we can rent this condo again in the summer!!

The view from this condo is spectacular!! It was clean and stocked with all the necessities we needed. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days away. Robert was very helpful throughout the process. I can’t wait to return in the summer

Great Girls Trip!!

This was a last minute girls trip booked as a college reunion. We had a blast being in this beautiful condo!! Spectacular views!! All the amenities we needed. Clean & quiet. Robert, our host, was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!!

Great Views for Writing!

This has become my favorite place to write! The inspiration I get from these views is amazing. This property is quiet, clean and fully stocked! It’s the perfect place for me to relax and get all my deadlines met for work. My family enjoyed this trip immensely & had a great time as well.

This property is the ONE, with the GREAT ocean view!!!!!! This beach in front of Plaza is not packed in with people like the larger condo buildings. Beach bar and grill, clean family spot with updated condo new beds well stocked.
