Alan, We’re truly sorry that your stay wasn’t as enjoyable as you had hoped. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the walkway project during your visit. Unfortunately, this work was scheduled by the HOA, and once we were notified, we immediately began reaching out to our guests so they were aware in advance. Because this was something outside of both the owner’s and our control, we do feel that the review score may not fully reflect the quality of the home or the efforts we made to communicate with you. If you would consider adjusting your review to better reflect the property itself, we would be so grateful. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d love to extend a special discount toward a future stay at one of our properties, so we have the chance to provide you with the kind of seamless experience we always strive for. Such an odd review. Either of your "Concerns" we could of quickly addressed with our maintenance team. We have a great communication system and whenever a guest is having an issue like they experienced, if they reach out we will make sure to get it fixed. Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways
