Welcome to One Virginia, #605! 2023 UPDATES: New kitchen appliances, kitchen countertops, interior paint, and new furniture. New photos are coming soon!
OVERVIEW: Ocean-front studio efficiency with breathtaking views! Brand new king bed, queen sleep sofa, and full bathroom. Updated and well-appointed kitchen for any home cook. Oversized balcony with ocean views and seating.
LOCATION: Directly located on the boardwalk on the 6th floor and the north front side of the building and conveniently located to five-star dining, tax-free boutique shopping, entertainment, and so much more. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Garage parking for one car and a community parking permit is required.
AMENITIES: Elevator building, recently renovated outdoor pool, meeting room, library, game room, secured parking garage, coin-operated washer and dryer on site, Wi-Fi, and cable tv.
THINGS TO KNOW: The building AC is turned on 05/15-10/15th. Reservations must be seven nights or longer, and during the prime season, the turnover day is Saturday. No pets and no visiting pets. Linens and paper products are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental option to guests. Non-smoking building!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was excellent. Very close to beach, nice view, courteous staff, laundry room has reasonable prices and is clean. Beautiful 16-mile bike loop that’s mostly on quiet residential streets and well-designed trails.

Beautiful oceanfront condo
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo in One Virginia. The condo is nicely renovated with soothing coastal colors, artwork, local touches. The kitchen is small but super well equipped, tons of dishes, glasses, cookware, everything we needed to prepare breakfasts. The king size bed is super comfortable with new bedding (you do have to bring your own sheets and towels). But the best feature is THE VIEW! Photos do not do it justice. All you see is ocean. The balcony is small but also great direct ocean view. This Condo is perfect for a couple, note it is a studio style, meaning the kitchen/living/bed are all in one room . But we didn’t mind, it still felt spacious and the new furniture clearly defines the areas. The location is great, very walkable to all of the Rehoboth Avenue boardwalk action but north enough to be quiet at night, we loved it!

Perfect spot on the beach
You won’t regret renting this adorable studio. It has had many recent updates and it’s very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is very well stocked. There were lots of extras like chargers, books, puzzles, cleaning supplies, paper towels and TP. We would love to come again!

Re-Max was responsive with follow-up questions and the unit is perfectly situated in the building. Very bright, airy and clean.

Unwanted House Guest
The only good thing I can say is the location was great. The pool was not available as advertised and had not been as it was under construction for over 7 months. The worst part was the unwanted house guest, roaches!!! Big ones, baby ones you name it. They came out from the fridge and the dishwasher like no other! They sent an exterminator after 3 days that did nothing other then say, yup there’s roaches. They didn’t spray or do any treatment at all just we will send someone out next week. What was to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful week not to mention all the added cleanup and work to make sure these ‘guest’ didn’t come home with me!!!
