Condo with ocean view, steps to the beach, close to Rehoboth Avenue!

You will never tire of the beautiful ocean view from the roomy 4th floor balcony in this oceanfront building! This lovely home away from home has vinyl flooring throughout (no musty beach smell here!), a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances that opens up into the dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve up your own meals on those days and nights when you choose to not take advantage of the many Rehoboth eateries that are a short walk away. The dining table comfortably seats 4 plus there are 2 stools at the kitchen peninsula if you have a party of 6. There is plenty of room to spread out in the living room when you feel like watching something on the 58" TV after a glorious day on the beach. But before you do, be sure to enjoy a cool beverage on the balcony while the sun sets and you take in the incredible ocean view. Accommodations include a primary bedroom with King bed and Smart TV, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a 4-piece bathroom conveniently located between the bedrooms that includes a hair dryer. There is onsite coin laundry and hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, dish detergent, trash bags, and kleenex are provided for your convenience. A roll each of paper towels and TP are also provided so you don't have to run to the store right away. A small collection of books, games and puzzles are also provided for your enjoyment. **Please note that you must bring your own bed and bath linens.**
