Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases.
Located in the center of downtown Hershey above historic Fenicci's Restaurant (which you also get a discount at!) sitting on the 1st floor of the building.

Arrived to a very clean and cute rental. Had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and located in the center of Chocolate Avenue above Fenicci’s. We enjoyed their food both nights and were treated like family by their staff.

This property is the best and so perfect for events at the Giant Center it's 20 - 25 minute walk over so you save on parking! The restaurant downstairs is top notch! You can't go wrong staying here this is our 2nd time and we will surely be back!

It can be loud late at night above Fenicci’s restaurant. Also no elevator so would not book if disabled to walk up stairs. For price during peak season, it was great.

I was disappointed with the entry to this property. It was the garbage place for the restaurant below. Pretty awful. We stayed only one night. The WiFi wasn’t great. The place was certainly authentic. The carpeting in the room with the tv definitely needs some attention or replacement. The bed was very low. We did not use the kitchen. The place seemed clean, but looked much nicer on your website. Parking was offsite, but free. Walking distance to the Hershey attractions was a plus. I would stay elsewhere next time. A bit too quaint for me.

Awesome place

Great place for a short stay! We truly enjoyed the info and the outstanding dinner at the restaurant downstairs! It was awesome to be able to go down the steps and get delicious dinner after a long day of walking around the park!!

The apartment was perfect for a few nights. The restaurant below fit us in for dinner ASAP and accommodated us a the bar. Service all around was excellent. Location of the apartment was also great!

Apartment was pretty much as described. Clean, comfortable bed and all the supplies needed for our stay. Location was perfect for our needs. Restaraunt was convenient but just ok. The stairs are not terrible but are steep and narrow. Parking for us was at the municipal lot right around the corner. Only a 2 minute (literally) walk after unloading bags for overnight stay near entrance. We left happy we found this unit.

Excellent location very nice apartment.

We loved our stay in this very clean, centrally located apartment. The owner was very nice and helpful. Loved the restaurant on the 1st floor. We will definitely be staying again!

The place was perfectly located next to Hershey park. We decided to do a day trip and it fit our needs perfectly. The place was also very clean. I would recommend for anyone wanted to spend a few days in Hershey.
