Experience unbeatable value. Steps from the sand! This 2nd-floor studio offers a Queen bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, and full kitchen. Enjoy a heated pool, parking for one, and beach gearâtowels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy included.
Note: some lower units remain under renovation post-hurricane.
This large 2nd floor studio had plenty of space and storage to make a long or short stay very comfortable. As you walk in, there is a bathroom and changing space to the right, where there is a dresser and closet for clothing. The living space includes a queen bed, pullout sofa, table and seating for 4, and around the corner is a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the sofa with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and slip into your beach vacay!!
Please Note* This is a second floor condo and the complex does NOT have elevators. You must be able to climb stairs.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900â1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
â Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:
What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay!
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 years of age or older.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
