The place was close to the beach!! Just a short walk! Beds were very comfortable! It was well kept , it was clean and ready for us! The kids enjoyed the bunk rooms . Pool was big and our teenagers enjoyed it every day! Thank you!!

I am NOT complaining just telling my honest review to help others. While we had 6 adults total (4 being college kids) I felt the description was not good. If you have small children the set up is great. We were told they had some stains and needed painted before arrival and they let us check in early which was really nice. The problem I had for us is the bunk are in closets, no room for luggage or to change really. So these would be good for teens and younger. There is some damage and not recently refurnished

The bunk rooms are not in closets. They are in rooms specifically designed for bunks. The walk-in closets are separate rooms. If they were bigger they would be bedrooms instead of bunkrooms. The property description plainly states that one bunkroom is suitable for adults or children and the other bunkroom is suitable for older children. By the end of the summer rental season there is inevitable wear and tear on the property- stains, scuff marks on walls, etc. There is simply no time in the few hours between guests to correct these issues. That is why I alert guests as to known issues so that they know that I am aware of the issues and that I know that they were there before the guest checked in.

This was an amazing place to stay! Very close walk to the private beach! The place was nice, well supplied kitchen and very well decorated. The owner has responded in a very timely manner from when we started looking at the property until our vacation was over, in my opinion going above and beyond.

We had a wonderful time as the water and beaches were absolutely beautiful. The area was also quiet, and yet within close proximity to restaurants. The only thing we wish we could change is to be closer to the beach with an ocean view.

Great place to stay

We spent a week here and very happy we picked this spot! Enough space for my family of 5 and friends family of 4. Close to the pool, and not a far walk to the beach. Definitely recommend especially if you have a couple family's going.

Great location

Very quick walk to the beach. Condo was great had everything we needed and an outdoor shower was very useful to wash off beach items. Cart was available to use to the beach and was a huge help.

We loved our vacation

We loved every thing about this place. Spacious ground floor so we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other all week. The kids loved having their own little spaces. The pool was clean and well maintained. Short walk to beach.

Great space

We all were able to fit nicely in the condo. Our kids loved the bunk areas and it was nice they had their own space. The kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils, which is hard to come by with larger groups. Our host was very responsive and kind. Overall it was a great stay!

Our week at Unit 31 was wonderful. The unit has everything you could need. The owner was quick to respond, and very helpful. This really is a hidden gem.

Family vacay

This was our first time using a condo for our family vacay. I was not disappointed. The property was very clean, well kept, plenty of space for a family of 8. When I needed to contact the property manager he responded within minutes. If you are looking for a home away from home for your vacation...this would be it.

Beautiful Beaches!! Lots to do!!

Overall a great stay. Was listed as a four bedroom 3 bathroom but in reality it was a 2 bedroom + 2 walk in closets converted to have bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. No full bathroom downstairs. But overall it was a great time for our family. The water was crystal clear and the beach access was directly across the street. Extremely clean. Host family was easy to get in touch with and were great to work with. Pool is also steps away from the unit and was extremely nice. They also have pool and beach toys available for use.

Overall impression was good. Everything is as pictured. Unit has a pack n play, lawn chair style highchair, and a baby gate for the stairs. My only dislike was the cleanliness of the floors on arrival was poor. My feet stayed black the whole time. Everything else was wonderful. The unit is a short easy walk from the beach. The beach location is perfect with less people than a lot of the other areas. It was nice and quiet at night.

Decent Beach Rental

To be honest i feel like what we paid for the property for 7 days was a little high compared to some of the other listings i looked at. It definitely needs some updating and should be listed as a 2 bedroom and not a 4. The 2 rooms that had the bunk beds in them looked to be closets that were converted over. My 13 year old hit his head multiple times and had to jump off the ladder to get down because there wasn't enough room for him to come down all the way comfortably. The mattresses and covers on those twin beds were terrible. My mom actually said she felt like this was as close to a prison cell as you could get without actually being in one. The walk to the beach was not bad at all- even better if you were able to stay in one of the units up front. The pool was decent- my 7 year old enjoyed it. The back porch area was very small and not really a good set up for being able to enjoy it with all the family. It was ok to stay but definitely for the price we paid for this rental I don't think I would rent to stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to review my property. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the bunk rooms. I went to great lengths to make sure that the rooms were accurately described in detail in the property description and also included photos of the 2 bunk rooms. They were never closets but were constructed by taking in part of the bedrooms. I'm glad you enjoyed the pool and that the unit is just a short walk to the beach. While you are correct that the front units are closer to the beach, the difference is only about 150 feet or about a sixty second walk.

Great for Families

This was the perfect home for our families. Both couples had their own bedroom, there were 2 private bunkrooms for the kids and we were able to put our toddler and baby in our rooms on the portable toddler bed and the pack n play that was provided. They even had a high chair and seating for 10 at the dining room table! It was PERFECT for our families!
