Spacious Condo steps from Mt. Cranmore

This spacious condo has 3 finished levels and newly refurbished bathrooms. The main floor has a modern kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher and large open plan living area with a fireplace. There is a deck with a new grill off the living room. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft with a skylight. The lower level (walk out) has a spacious bedroom, full bathroom and the laundry facilities. The condo is slope side. In the summer you will have access to a shared condo association pool that is a 5 min walk from the condo.

Great place to stay in North Conway

We had a great stay at Brooke’s condo in North Conway. The condo was clean and the location is great, just a quick drive to main downtown. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was ample space for us all. The kids loved playing in the loft area (though it was too warm to sleep up there, but we were warned of that). While the kitchen was extremely well stocked with most things you could need, we did come across a few missing items that would have been helpful for us and the meals that we cooked (such as a vegetable peeler, can opener, and a ladle like spoon). Tons of games and stuff to occupy kids if you have downtime during your stay. We appreciated that it was a dog friendly rental and the lower level exit was convenient for taking the dogs in and out in the mornings and at night. We had to text Brooke a couple times during our stay and she was always very responsive.

Awesome place to stay

The condo was updated and well equipped! We had plenty of room for our family of six people and enjoyed the time we spent here. Kitchen was stocked and they had lots of games, puzzles and ways of entertaining. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!!

Fun in North Conway

This property had enough accommodations for the 7 of us. The condo was fully supplied and is situated at the base of mt Cranmore, between many accessible attractions! There's an ingrounded pool within the complex that we enjoyed too.ccomplcomplex that we enjoyed

Great location and great owners to work with. Left behind a couple items and Brooke was great and accommodating to get them back.

Nice condo but could use some improvements

Nice Condo - needs some improvements. Screens falling out of windows. There was a lot of pet hair on furniture and carpets. Some basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, salt, and pepper could have been provided more. Towels were left in a basket in the living room for our use. The bed in the master bedroom was very high and could not be used by someone who is only 5 feet tall. No sheets on any of the beds. Good idea to mention in ad that there are a lot of steps to climb. Groups with elderly people could use this information. Bottom floor bedroom could use AC. We have stayed in several condos in this complex and this was our least favorite.

Fantastic property and location

We had a fun and relaxing time at this beautiful townhouse! Very clean, nicely furnished and lots of space for our family of four plus our golden retriever. It was a warm week - both the air conditioning and pool were great! We swam every day and loved the central location. We also enjoyed the great selection of board games. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family fun week

We loved staying at this property, it was the perfect size for two families. Altogether we were 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and we had plenty of space between the three floors and enjoyed the pool almost daily as well as the front yard and parking lot where the kids rode their bikes. The property is nicely updated throughout. We loved the large dinning table that fit all of us, as we ate most meals at the house. My only suggestion is that the back deck could use some TLC (sanding/staining). Otherwise we felt the unit was perfect and would definitely return if we find ourselves traveling back to North Conway.

Excellent time!

The condo was clean and nicely updated. Thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cookware, and even some spices for cooking. Beds were super comfortable! The association pool was nice and quiet in the summer. All in all a great time! Thank you!

Wonderful condo; in the perfect location.

Stayed at Brooke and Glenn's condo in September with my family. The property was spotless and in the perfect location. We went up to Cranmore mountain one day and walked into North Conway center for breakfast and dinner. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Very nice layout

The ease of communication with Brooke really enhanced our experience. Very nice property, great layout for our family in a very quiet community. The pool which was just a few steps away was the highlight for our kids apart from Story Land. The house was very well supplied with almost everything. However, our personal recommendations based on previous experience: I would stock up some more basic condiments in the cupboards. Add a small bookshelf with some books. Overall we would book this place again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful weeklong visit at the condo. It has been beautifully updated and was very comfortable for our family of four. Everything was very clean ,there was a washer and dryer for our convenience, and we were located right on Cranmore Mountain, so we enjoyed walking to the summer activities. The pool was fantastic as well and we enjoyed that almost every day.. The beds were very comfortable . Thank you for letting us rent your home!

Fabulous Rental

Everything from booking to checkout was extremely easy and stress free. The condo is beautiful and within minutes of SO many things to do. Communication with Brooke was top notch. Every message I sent was responded to very quickly. We would absolutely recommend this gorgeous, spacious rental with no hesitation.

Great place at Cranmore

We had a great time at this property. Owners were easy to communicate with and made the check-in/out process simple. Property was in a perfect location to access the mountains, lakes and downtown Conway. Very happy with this rental!
