Êtes-vous prêt à faire des souvenirs?!

Ce condo familial est parfait pour cela! Venez profiter de ce condo spacieux et confortable mis à jour avec vue sur la montagne à tout moment de l'année. Il est situé près du cœur de North Conway et a un accès rapide à de nombreuses attractions pour votre commodité. Le condo est assez en retrait pour que vous puissiez vous éloigner de l'agitation afin que vous puissiez vous détendre sur le balcon et profiter de la vue. Le développement de Northbrook comprend une piscine de taille olympique pour les mois d'été ainsi que des paniers de basket-ball et des courts de tennis qui sont juste au coin de cette unité.

Notre famille vient à North Conway depuis plus de 30 ans, nous avons fait tellement de souvenirs ici que nous avons décidé d'en faire notre deuxième maison! Avec des attractions comme Kahuna Laguna (10 min), Storyland (10 min), Settler’s Green Outlets (10 min), Mt. Cranmore (à 6 min!), Attitash (15-20 min), North Conway Village (5 min), vous ne manquerez jamais de choses à faire! Si vous êtes un golfeur, il y a TROIS grands terrains de golf à moins de 15 minutes du condo. N'oublions pas les innombrables endroits pour la randonnée, le vélo, l'alpinisme, le canotage, la pêche, etc.!

Nous voulons que votre séjour au Northbrook Unit E-39 soit sans stress et agréable, c'est pourquoi nous avons opté pour une entrée sans clé. Vous recevrez un code clé à saisir au lieu de vous soucier de déposer ou de perdre des clés! Tout le linge est fourni, serviettes comprises. Nous voulons que notre maison ressemble à votre maison. This is our second time staying here and it was just as great this time as it was the first time. The owners are so friendly and responsive and the condo is exactly what we need for our family when we travel up north. The proximity to the village is also fantastic! Can’t wait to go back next year!

John's place is wonderful. Spacious, clean and quiet but convenient to all of what North Conway and the surrounding areas have to offer. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again any time we come back to visit the White Mountains.

Property is exactly as desrcibed. Spacious living room. Extremely nice deck. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. The location is perfect- just a short drive to town. And a bonus- trails on the property that lead right to town. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely and convenient stay!

My family stayed at this property for a full week with a teenager, almost 3 year old, and 1.5 year old and it was great. Super easy check in, great location, and everything we needed. The property is fantastic and spacious for kiddos to ride bikes and walk around when we weren’t exploring the mountains.

Our family has been vacationing in North Conway for over 30 years, we love it so much we decided to make it our second home! We always used to rent condo's while vacationing due to the freedom of cooking our own meals to save some money, being able to have our bedrooms instead of cramming everyone into one hotel room, etc. Our two daughters are now grown and in their 30's and we wanted to purchase this condo to make new memories with them and our future grandchildren. When we are not using it, we want other families and/or friends to have the opportunity to make some memories of their own.

Location, location, location! The property is close to many different attractions that fit an array of activities and hobbies, but set back enough for you to have some peace and quiet!

The condo has an open concept for the kitchen, dining, and living areas that lead to huge glass doors which open up to a balcony with gorgeous views.
