Condominium de luxe récemment rénové à cÎté du Ritz Carlton

Ocean Place est situé sur la magnifique ßle Amelia, qui possÚde certaines des plus belles plages et terrains de golf en Floride. Ocean Place au Summer Beach est l'une des plus belles propriétés de l'ßle et est situé dans la communauté fermée exclusive de Summer Beach Resort juste à cÎté de l'hÎtel Ritz Carlton Amelia Island HÎtel de renommée mondiale et Spa. Au Ritz, vous pouvez déguster une cuisine raffinée, des soins spa, tennis, golf et shopping.

Cette belle deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, 5Úme étage condominium est situé directement sur la plage et offre des vues spectaculaires et levers incroyables. Ce condominium a récemment eu une rénovation totale. Notre condo vraiment ne se sent comme une deuxiÚme maison plutÎt que de «location condo», parce que nous voulons que notre client de se sentir comme ils sont à la maison. Dormir avec les portes ouvertes et d'écouter le bruit des vagues et de voir la lune de votre lit. Puis se produire le matin pour le plus beau lever de soleil sur l'océan Atlantique. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le pont, et tout en ayant votre café du matin, observer les dauphins et les mouettes ayant leur petit déjeuner le matin derriÚre les bateaux de crevettes.

Downtown Ă  Fernandina, vous trouverez le plus vieux port dans le U. S. qui a un patrimoine riche et a Ă©tĂ© sous huit drapeaux diffĂ©rents. Ma famille aime se promener dans le centre-ville, surtout la nuit parmi les arbres Ă©clairĂ©s et de visiter les boutiques pittoresques et merveilleux restaurants. Surtout amusant, est un tour de cheval et buggy historique Fernandina. En outre, il y a des jet skis, les para-voiles, et / chartes de pĂȘche au large des cĂŽtes intĂ©rieures disponibles Ă  la location. Un court trajet en ferry peut vous emmener Ă  la belle Ăźle de Cumberland, le seul rivage national de la mer sur la cĂŽte Est. Nous aimons en sachant que des invitĂ©s sont ici des souvenirs pour toute une vie.

Location was great, balcony and views were amazing! Condo was very clean and well cared for, with premium linens-soft, thick towels, high quality bedding, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, starters of everything were there. The parking was easy and plentiful. Grounds were nice and well kept. Pools and private beach walkways were nice to have. And the owners left us a personal note and bottle of wine!

What a wonderful haven in beautiful Amelia Island! The condo is lovely: spotless, well-equipped and offers a stunning view of the ocean. Access to the pristine beach is mere steps away. Pathway to the Ritz was an added bonus. Our host, Jan, was responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended. We had a great experience!

We’ve stayed at this unit a number of times and it’s always a treat. There really isn’t a better location and being on the 5 th floor provides great views of sunrise and the beach. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

The property has great potential. I’m guessing it had just finished a busy summer season as we found it in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Broken shutters, broken door to the master bathroom, stained bathmats and bedding were all things we were not expecting based on the listing and the price. No one wants to begin their vacation taking photos to send to the owner so that they know you didn’t do the damage. The host was easy to reach and unaware of the condo’s problems.

Amazing Stay On Amelia Island

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this beachfront condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. The condo had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! The best part was being just steps away from the sand. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning. Sunsets were magical, and the location made it easy to explore local restaurants and shops.The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

My husband's family has been vacationing on Amelia Island for about 40 years. After we got married and had children we began bringing our own family here on vacation. My children never wanted to go anywhere else. For several years we spent the entire month of July here. Our family's most treasured memories are of this Island. We decided that we wanted to own our own little piece of Heaven on Amelia Island, so we began looking around and finally settled on Ocean Place. We now have three grown boys, ages 25, 23, and 20 and they still love going to Amelia Island to vacation, even after all of these years. There really is something for all ages to enjoy. We hope that you will love our home away from home as much as we do and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We absolutely loved the location next to the Ritz because we have three boys, who all love to golf and the golf course is located right next door. We love the bike/walking paths located throughout Summer Beach where our children like to ride their bikes and skateboards. There is always someone available for the children to play with, however, the beaches are not crowded at all.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our unit is located on the fifth floor in the middle of the building which offers complete unobstructed views of the ocean in all directions for as far as the eye can see. There are two pools at Ocean Place to enjoy so you don't feel as though you have to fight for a spot at the pool. The condominium community is gated which gives us peace of mind about our security. We have free WI-FI service so you can connect to the outside world IF YOU CHOOSE TO, three 46' HDTV televisions with cable and DVR service, with 300 channels included, and free long distance phone service to anywhere in the USA and Canada.
