Coastal Immersion has been newly modernized with the best technology and elegant yet relaxed furnishings, fixtures, and décor. With over 1,500 square feet of combined air conditioned and balcony area, the condo is very spacious and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Both the master and guest bedrooms have king size beds with luxury mattresses. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean, opens to the covered balcony, has a walk-in closet and a spa-inspired master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom and bathroom are located within a closed-door area at the front of the condo for ultimate privacy.

The well-appointed modern kitchen features a quartz countertop waterfall, glass-tile backsplash, sleek stainless-steel appliances, and extensive cabinets. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal, and the condo boasts three seating options to enjoy your meals: the breakfast bar, the main dining area, and the covered balcony with a high-top table so you can experience the oceanfront views perched above the railing.

The spacious family room includes comfortable, plush modern couches to relax on while watching the 65” 4K smart TV. You will experience expansive coastal views from every angle through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and large window. Off the family room, is the generous balcony with magnificent views of the southern end of Amelia Island's vast shoreline. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast outside while watching dolphins play in the ocean, or gopher turtles burrowing in the grassy sand dunes below. Afternoon sunshine and sea breezes make the oceanfront balcony an inviting spot all day long to relax on the chaise lounge chairs. For those brisk nights, we have included warm blankets.

The condo includes Xfinity cable in the family room and two bedrooms and high speed wifi. For our sports fans, we have added the “More Sports & Entertainment” package, which includes college football, MLB, NHL, NBA, and NFL networks, as well as NFL Redzone.

To make your beach getaway more enjoyable, beach towels and gear are provided, including chairs, umbrellas, and wagon.

Upon request, owner access can be extended to the tennis/pickleball courts, a walkable half-mile from Ocean Place, as well as The Golf Club of Amelia Island. This private, 18-hole championship golf course is located at the front entrance of the adjoining Ritz-Carlton. As our guest, greens fees will be at a significant discount compared to guests staying at the Ritz-Carlton.
