Great Central Location

Hafa adai !!Nice and clean accommodations. Safe environment centrally located on the island. Dina was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Her on site coordinator was also amazing and of quick and prompt support. Highly recommended.

Booked primarily because it started it had a washer and dryer, which it did, kinda. It's outside and shared with multiple other units and is con operated. While the kitchen has utensils, the spatulas etc where very used and probably dirty. With the overall cost, I would have been better off in a regular hotel.

Absolutely Horrible

Don't waste your time or money staying here. It was not as described and the property was the worst place we have ever stayed. I got sick from being inside the unit and we checked out as soon as we could find another place on the morning of the 3rd day. We gave the host and on-site person notice on day two that we were checking out due to the condition of the property. I told her I got sick from staying there and her only reply was that the last guest never got sick. Too many maintenance issues to list. Don't stay here, you will regret it and the host is not very responsive or friendly.

Hello I'm so sorry you feel this way. You never explained what the maintenance issues were and why you got sick. The last guest that stayed there for 3 months prior to your arrival was a nurse at the Guam Memorial hospital. I think they would be a good indicator if there were any issues there. :) We have a full time maintenance man and he would have came right over had you informed us of any issues. Also the owners stayed in the unit after you left and had no issues. The bathroom and sink has been completely redone with new tiles and new toilet and sink. We are sorry you had a bad experience and hope that next time you will inform our staff of any problems you are having so we can take of you. But without providing any details it is difficult to know what you're not happy with. Thank you for staying with us. Guam is a beautiful island with beautiful people that are always ready and willing to help. 😊😊.
