Spacious Surfside home just a short walk to Nobadeer Beach!

Bright, private and spacious Surfside home that overlooks natural meadows and trees with a semi-private path to Nobadeer Beach, just a few minutes walk away. Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the deck surrounded by meadows and listening to the sounds of the sea from nearby Nobadeer beach.

With two living areas, four bedrooms, and three and a half baths, and a large deck and two porches, there is ample space to enjoy the peaceful setting.

This home has undergone significant renovations last year to make your stay even beter. Upgrades include:
+ An updated, open-plan, kitchen
+ Updated landscaping and outdoor entertainment area with gas fire pit
+ New wide-board flooring throughout
+ Fresh white paint throughout
+ New Weber gas grill
+ Quality bed linens, blankets and duvets
+ Personal steam sauna in master bath
+ Beach chairs,Boogie boards, and 2 bikes for you to borrow while here
+ At least 3 ways to make coffee!!

This a Daughter and Dad run operation. We are excited that you are considering us for your family escape to Nantucket. We look forward to having you share our home and invite any and all requests to make your stay brilliant in every way.

A couple of points for consideration. Kat may he staying in a studio over the garage with her best friend from HS for the summer so they can experience (and work!!) Nantucket. The garage is about 100' from house, has a rear entry and parking. If this is a concern, please contact us for more info.
Also, the house is about a 5 min drive from ACK airport. There is increased air traffic in and out from mid June thru Aug. We believe the 7 minute walk to the beach and the numerous benefits of Nantucket balance that out.

Beautiful property and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house and grounds are well maintained and beautifully designed. The owners were easy to work with and responsive. We loved the walkability to the beach.

Great Place to Enjoy Nantucket

I would highly recommend this property!!

This house and the host are unbelievable I can’t wait to stay there again The host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make sure you well taken care of the picture don’t do this place justice it’s amazing place to have fun with your whole family I would give it 10 stars!

Great spot to enjoy Nantucket

Home was newly redone and very comfortable. I could sit in the upstairs living room with island breezes all day long. Multiple hanging out spaces inside and outside of the home. Appreciated the desk set up in one bedroom for those that needed to study or work. Beach was easy walk away. Owner virtually checked in and was very responsive but otherwise out of sight. Would definitely return to this spot. Thanks Ernst and Kat.

Nantucket Stay

Beautiful property right next to the beach. Owners were responsive and committed to helping with any issues (which were logistical more than anything else) during the stay. While near the airport, we never thought noise to be an issue. Any noise was minimal during daytime hours and we were mostly away from home at the beach during that time anyway. Hosts provided for a family-friendly home with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend staying at this listing.
