Canopache (mot indien Wampanoag pour «lieu de paix»)
Fantastique maison de 2600 pieds carrés, achevée en octobre 2003. Vous pouvez entendre le bruit des vagues depuis cette maison à l'envers sur 3 hectares avec des plafonds cathédrale, des tonnes de soleil et une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Chaud, léger, ouvert, aéré et paisible décrivent cette escapade invitante.

Le dernier Ă©tage a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, une cheminĂ©e et des plafonds cathĂ©drale dans le salon et la salle Ă  manger, une suite parentale avec plafond cathĂ©drale et balcon, et une cuisine qui a des comptoirs en Corian, un Ăźlot en Ă©rable avec des pendentifs en verre italien. Le salon s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an Ă  180 degrĂ©s. Le premier Ă©tage a une grande entrĂ©e, 3 chambres, un salon avec un lit de repos et des portes-fenĂȘtres qui s'ouvrent sur le deuxiĂšme pont.

À l'extĂ©rieur, il y a une grande cour privĂ©e avec des hortensias, des roses de plage, des murs et des allĂ©es en pierre, des fleurs sauvages et une grande cour avec une grande douche extĂ©rieure. Il est Ă  quelques pas de l'ocĂ©an et Ă  6 miles de la ville.

Another great year at Canopache

Our third summer at Canopache, we absolutely love it here. The house is perfect for families, with a massive yard for tons of activities. We love the location, a walk to the beach, a 5 minute ride to Sconset, or a 15 minute ride to town, really can't beat it. House is always well maintained, can't wait to come back!

The house was great and had plenty of room for two families with elementary and preschool aged kids. Views of the ocean from the deck, great yard, outdoor shower, and easy to get to the beach! We would stay again.

Fantastic house with awesome owner

This home is the perfect Nantucket getaway, with a beautiful yard and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Marcie was a fantastic host and she communicated and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Wonderful House and Setting for a Nantucket Vacation!

Fabulous house for a Nantucket family vacation. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed several wonderful dinners with family and friends thanks to the thoughtfully provisioned kitchen. Days started and ended on the deck taking in the gorgeous views. We highly recommend.

Great house on a great piece of property.

Warm and comfortable house that was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dinner ware and house wares. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Decks had great views of the Atlantic in the near distance, and the property was beautiful and very well maintained.

We Keep Coming bACK To Canopache!

We've tried various rentals over the past 15 years visiting Nantucket, and Canopache is by far our favorite!! (our 5th year in 2025!!) We love the house, the location and the peacefulness! The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent! It's also a short walk to the ocean! And a short bike ride to the bike path! It's all good! Looking forward to another stay and making more wonderful memories in 2026!

Our 3rd Year at Canopache! Making wonderful memories of our time on Nantucket!

Canopache is a wonderful property! It has everything a family could ask for! We especially enjoy the views of the ocean from the deck, the large yard and being able to walk to Tom Nevers beach, which is quiet and never crowded. And the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful stay on Nantucket!

I stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 8 ladies and had a wonderful experience! The house was lovely, private, and clean and provided plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. We did not rent or bring a vehicle for our stay and had no problem quickly getting Ubers to and from the house! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Our Happy Place

I am almost reluctant to share our secret! We have been coming to Canopache for 11 years, it is truly our happy place. Peaceful and quiet, at night you are under a carpet of stars. It's only a short ride to Sconset and Town is about 20 minutes away (far enough to be out of the fray, but close enough if you want to head in for dinner). Marcie couldn't be a better host and the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation! We love Canopache! Karene and Al

‘Our’ Nantucket House!

We just returned from 2 weeks at ‘our’ house and it was amazing as always. The house is perfect for our multigenerational family. Amazing Week at Canopache

This was our second time renting at Canopache, and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the house was terrific, well-maintained, and clean. We love the house layout, which allows for great airflow from the ocean, which kept us cool during the night. The kids loved the grounds and the outdoor shower! Wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, family friendly home in Nantucket. The location is just far enough outside of the "hustle" of downtown Nantucket, literally steps away from peaceful Tom Nevers beach and a quick drive to quaint Sconset. The property manager's attention to detail was second to none. The home was very clean, bright, open and comfortable. I'd highly recommend Canopache for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat for friends and family.

Amazing weekend at Canopache

Amazing home and host all around! From the onset, Marcie was welcoming and incredibly accommodative as we worked to schedule a surprise stay for our Mother’s 60th birthday party. She was a tremendous host and ensured a comfortable and unforgettable weekend. The home itself was perfect for a large family gathering in close proximity to the Tom Nevers park. Beautiful views and incredible home - unbelievable stay and cannot wait for our next trip back!

Canopache 3rd Vacation

We had another great vacation at Canopache. We loved the house, the yard, & the privacy. Each day, lots of biking , hot shower outside after Ocean swimming , then Sunset Cocktails with water views at dinner time. The new kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful. Kids loved going to Siasconset down the street for cookies and ice cream. thank you so much.
