When you arrive you will find a small updated cabin with everything you will need to have a nice relaxing getaway! Outback there is a fire pit area surrounded by the perfect string lighting with comfy chairs and a swing. Wild raspberries and blackberries grow along the woods right out the back door! Inside you can cozy up to the fireplace and wood burning stove during the cold months. Have some fun in the garage/bar area playing pool, darts, and other bar games. The garage has A/C and heat options! Also find entertainment in the two TVs equipped with Firestick streaming/roku, choose from the large variety of DVDs, or listen to some music! The kitchen has everything you will need to cook meals and there is also a charcoal grill outside (charcoal not provided). The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to a lake. This area is great for ATV riding, kayaking, and fishing. Pet friendly (fee required). Beautiful place during all four seasons!

This was our 2nd annual trip to the cabin for my husband’s birthday and we had a blast once again! We traveled with friends and our two dogs and love everything about the property. The host is very responsive and friendly and I would definitely recommend!

We arrived for a wedding and we wanted a cozy place to stay that also had a few amenities for the kids. We were pleased with the location and the garage turned game room was very nice. We didn't get to stay as long as we planned but we enjoyed the time we were there. I would recommend if you need a cozy non-hotel night stay. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time with Vrbo and found the site user-friendly. The cabin we rented fulfilled our expectations. The sheets, comforter, and pillows were soft and comfy. Couldn't have asked for anything else in the kitchen or bathroom--fully and fashionably equipped. We had a few issues and the host/hostess were quick to respond and accommodating. One word of caution is the 'herds' of deer on the road at twilight. A beautiful site to behold but recommend being vigilant. Fortunately no accidents. Great place to be with family!

My family stayed here for a weekend. We were so pleased with our stay. What stood out to us most were all of the amenities. Everything was of good quality. A lot of VRBO's we have stayed at you can see they use the cheapest quality of everything. Definitely did not have that vibe here. We LOVED the garage and also the outdoor space. Another thing we were happy about was the excellent quality WiFi. We have young kids so this was a nice thing for when we needed a bit of a break. The layout was perfect in the house. There are a few trails in the yard to go and explore on. We saw some wildlife and took a walk down the road to see the lake. After the first day here we already started talking about coming back. It was a special trip for us and can't wait to come again.

Perfect Getaway

It was a great place to stay especially for a few days! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend! Make sure to bring bug spray though because it is fairly remote, which we loved.

Great place to get away and relax. Nice restaurants a little drive away. We went to Escanaba one day and enjoyed Lake Michigan and the lighthouse.

The house exceeded all our expectations!! Very clean and comfy. The pool table and the bar in the garage was our favorite! Chelsea is a very responsive host and I would definitely recommend booking with her!

The cabin was the perfect weekend retreat spot. The garage bar and outside patio area provided a place to hang out and enjoy time away. The inside was perfectly furnished for what we needed.
