Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, upscale furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional with a Smart TV, gather around the dining table for 8 or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped, high-end kitchen.

Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. Accessible from multiple bedrooms, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle, accommodating up to three additional guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place. The accommodations were AMAZING!!!! We've booked our stays through Lucky Bird for several years now and have been very satisfied!! The management staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be booking with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Best Rental on the Beach!!!

The unit itself is beautiful! Open Beach views. Very convenient location to walk everywhere you need. We parked and did not drive anywhere for 4 days. Beds are extremely comfortable. Security on site. Our favorite Gulf Shores Rental.

Great view of the Gulf from the large balcony. Also to the East, view is first the Hangout Restaurant Bar and then rows of condos. Live music plays on Friday and Saturday night till around 10 pm. It is a 4 bedroom and we only used two as there were only 3 of us. They were comfortable beds. Nice bathroom in the Master and other bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and spending time on the balcony and walking around the beach. The only thing was the furniture in the Great Room/Kitchen area, for "elderly" or someone with a disability, the couch is really low, only one other chair with a cushion and all other chairs are hard plastic. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

We had a great time. Location was great as were all the amenities. Only suggestion would be that the table in the entry way as well as the rug there gets in the way of luggage.

Great condo. Amazing space

Our stay at Gulf Place was amazing. We were in town for a tennis tournament and the location was central for all Of our matches at the various sites. The views from The unit are amazing as well as the pool area. The condo was clean and well stocked. The parking is a bit of a pain but not terrible. Vicinity to restaurants and shopping is great too. Overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect vacation spot for our family

Sometimes you see pictures online and are disappointed when you get there, but this condo exceeded all expectations. It's spacious, has a great layout, and fit our 4 adults and 4 children perfectly. The rooftop pool was our kids' favorite spot, and the adults loved the view from up there. We also took advantage of the 7th floor area and played a lot of ping pong. The parking is convenient, and if we hadn't decided to go eat at Lulu's we would not have needed to drive at all. We walked to souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. I would stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

Positives - Unit was spacious, well appointed and excellent location/views. Negatives - no ceiling fans in any of the rooms; parking lot not next to building nor any garage parking, there is a short walk to the parking lot but not fun when it's raining out; AND having to hear loud DJ & live band music from the nearby Hangout venue till 2 am every night during our whole stay was the absolute worst, everyone in own group had trouble sleeping; music was vibrating through the balcony window doors in each bedroom. Would only return to Gulf Place if knowing there was no events/DJ playing nightly during my dates of travel.

Gulf Place 501 - INCREDIBLE!!!!

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is! We were in unit 501 with an ocean view. The rooms were perfect and were reflected as the pictures showed. The kitchen was absolutely fantastic! There were 7 of us so the oversized fridge, countertop space and island made everything easy for all of us to cook and enjoy each other's company. The balcony is awesome! It runs along the ocean facing rooms so it's a long balcony! The weather was a bit testy with it being incredibly windy and double red flags. But no worries at Gulf Place because they have a very posh and current roof top pool! The furniture is comfy and trendy. The pool was perfect for wading and talking with our group. The view of the ocean was relaxing! And for the people that work the property - fabulous ladies! Ashley (who I talked with multiple times before we came down) was extremely helpful. With this being a new property I had tons of questions and she answered them immediately! Riley & Betsy are the sweetest girls ever! We were down for a friend's birthday and they went out of their way to get him a delicious cookie cake, some pineapple floats and a Luckybird Vacations cooler! What other property have you stayed at where people went out of their way to make things even more special? NOWHERE! The Island Market (below the condos) has tons of stuff you need for the beach. They sell shirts, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. They sell all types of alcohol. They have water, soft drinks and snacks. So tons of things to choose from without having to go to the grocery store everyday. For restaurants - everything is in walking distance! They're not lying when they say "park your car for your stay!" The Hangout is next door and has excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. They have a live band every night so it's fun to stand on the balcony and listen if you don't want to walk over. Again - there are so many amazing things about this property! We will be staying here every time we head to Gulf Shores! Thanks again to Ashley, Riley & Betsy for going above and beyond to make everything extraordinary!

Our stay @ Gulf Place Condos

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place Condos! The condo was beautiful and clean with amazing views!! It was perfectly located for pretty much everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere, but one place, so it saved us fuel. We were right on the beach, close restaurants , etc. We will absolutely be going back for a stay and referring this place to others!!

Family beach trip

We enjoyed our stay! Wish there were dressers to store clothes and more than 2 hangers in each closet though. Comfy beds, clean, and great views all around! Loved the modern decor, too.

Very nice central to everything! Could walk to just about anywhere to eat,shop etc. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
