This beautiful, 2-level, remodeled condo boasts a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a large lanai for dining and watching the magnificent sunsets. The upstairs master bedroom has fabulous ocean views from its private lanai. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with granite counter tops and tiled bathroom showers. Amenities include a sixty-foot heated swimming pool, white sand beach, two BBQ areas, and the Keonenui outdoor relaxation room with beautiful views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The condo is located steps from the sand! Air conditioning, free high-speed wifi, and new washer/dryer are included.

The Kahana Sunset Resort enjoys access to the secluded beach of Keonenui Bay where you can watch turtles, swim and snorkel. The tropical grounds at Kahana Shores are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. Nearby are coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store as well as the Napili Farmers Market. The Kahana Sunset is family friendly and quiet in the evening.

Very convenient place to stay. Pool is nice, room is nice and well equipped. The beach is small but we saw a monk seal and sea turtles there. There is a grocery store that you can walk to.

Peaceful vacation in paradise! We absolutely loved this property located right on the ocean with a private beach steps from your condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice touch. We will definitely book this condo next year! The beautiful grounds were a bonus with papayas, bananas and even an herb garden. The snorkeling is great a few yards from the beach and we had daily swims with the turtles in front of the property.

This is our 4th stay in this condo complex. We love the location, the small beach and access to the pool. The beach has eroded quite a bit since our first stay but was sufficient. The condo was comfortable. Although the decor was not necessarily our taste, the condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Nice location, pretty water right at the condo, with 2 resident turtles. Decent snorkle at the back, but close bays with amazing snorkeling. This property is very clean, grills are really nice, staff is kind, pool is great. Beautiful sunset over Molokai. Love the water descpencer by the pool, able to fill water pitchers and bottles for the condo and day trips, saves on having to buy more plastic when ur in a place like Maui. The condo has all essential stuff, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler. The views from the lanai are ok, but the property has a great area with tables and chairs for the guests to enjoy. We had a slight issue with the fridge, but Donna got it taken care of immediately. Great communication, everything was clear. Management company was great too. Definitely a recommend, would stay here again.

Lovely condo with an amazing view. The private beach was just perfect! Condo was clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Maintenance crew were very friendly and pleasant. Great Laid Back Condo in Kahsna

The unit had two bedrooms and two baths, perfect for our needs. There are two lanai’s with views of the ocean. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only drawback is that both bedrooms are on the second floor so doing stairs is required. We loved our stay!

Amazing Place to Stay in Hawaii

We had a fabulous time at this condo! Pool and beach are fantastic for a family. Saw numerous turtles! Plus we received fruits (mangos, lemons, papayas) from the grounds keepers during our stay, which was a unexpected plus. This complex has a very relaxing quite vibe to it. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the sunrise and sunsets each evening! Highly recommend!

Home away from home

We have so much fun when we stayed in Kahana Sunset C7. It has so much home vibes that we were able to rest and prepare home cook meals when we were on vacation. The location was very nice and it has a beach front access where you can sea turtles in the morning. Watching the sunset was perfect and just enjoying the pool was a plus. We had a hard time checking in but the property management were very helpful and was able to assists us asap.

Kahana Sunset Unit C7

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at Kahana Sunset was great! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach chairs and towels were nice to have to head down and have some beach time. I did have to reach out to Epic Realty on our third day there regarding a leak from the dishwasher. They were very responsive, however trying to arrange the repair folks was a bit cumbersome. Being that we were on island time, I didn’t always have my phone with me and had to call back or reply in the VRBO host conversation. I had originally said that the repair people could come in anytime even if we were not in the unit. Before they came, they called me anyway to ask again if they could enter the unit if we weren’t there. I didn’t get the message until later as we were out thus missing out on the repair. The next available time was the day before we left, which meant we had to hand wash everything the whole trip. This wasn’t a complete deal breaker, however, had they noted my original request that the repair people could enter without us being there, it would have been cared for earlier and not been a worry to us. It was just a matter of not connecting timely. Parking is available and rather private, though for the C building, is a little snug, but expected for the space that’s available. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Beautiful, happy condo with awesome views, sparkling clean and with excellent proximity to shops and restaurants, comfy beds and lots of space. Whales, turtles and spectacular sunsets all included for free. If you like to cook (we don't) you will find every tool known to man in the kitchen. This is our second year booking with Epic and everything went according to plan. Awesome staff. No issues other than a little light bulb that went out and they immediately sent a very nice young man to replace. We highly recommend their services and this condo for your vacation needs.

The water level is so high right now, that it's hard to spend time directly on the beach, but there is plenty of space to enjoy the view and other beautiful beaches nearby.

Fantastic property

We had a great visit and would gladly return. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful view as well as the proximity to great beaches and the beautiful Kapalua Coastal Trail. We also ventured on the road to Hana and the Pipiwai Trail. The old Lahaina luau was a great experience as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

C7 was amazing - the views of the ocean and the pool were perfect, easiest access to both, and the unit itself was huge, open layout, with a better equipped kitchen than we left at home!On site ground staff are helpful and keep everything looking amazing. They will pick papayas for you to enjoy and recommend a new beach to snorkel :).This unit allows you to prep lunch while the kids swim in the pool and just call out “food is ready” :). We look forward to staying at C7 again - our new favorite unit.
