This is a single family 3 bed, 3 bath home in a quiet waterfront community with lots of privacy from mature landscaping.
LARGE KITCHEN: Cooking and visiting with the family is easy in the large kitchen or large outdoor Charbroil grill and the dining room comfortably sits 8 people. The living room has lots of space to cheer on the Bucs, too!
Dedicated workspace on the main floor with high-speed fiber optic WiFi with a mesh network.
MASTER SUITE: The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king bed, sitting area, large closets and a double sinks with lots of counter space.
GUEST SUITE: The guest bedroom on the main floor is often used as a second master bedroom for those who travel with adult children, a second family or guests who prefer not to use the stairs. The "second master" features a super soft queen bed and ensuite full bathroom.
THIRD BEDROOM: The third bedroom is located upstairs and features 2-twin beds, ample closet space, and TV. It has panoramic views of the bayou and access to the rooftop terrace.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: The home makes it easy to enjoy outdoor activities all year long. Bring your fishing poles to fish at the dock, or use the canoe. You can clean your fish at the dock on the new filet table. Grill up your catch on the large propane Charbroil grill. Soak in the hot tub or sit by the fire pit! You can also make an outdoor family game day with corn hole and giant jenga.
Please note: Guests may to turn on the pool heater at the home upon arrival. Pool temp may fluctuate due to weather and seasonality. We cannot guarantee the pool temperature will consistently be above 75.
For water lovers, have a 5-person canoe and life vests for kids and adults. Take an easy bike ride to the beach on one of the 4 Framed Beach Cruisers. We provide helmets and bike locks.
Less than ~5 minutes from Fred Howard Park or the Sponge Docks & downtown Tarpon Springs.
For an additional charge, you can rent the 6-seat electric 2021 Dynamic limo golf cart.

Respectfully, we completely disagree with your review and wish your comments better reflected your daily complimentary text messages. In addition, this review is contradictory to the note you left in the guest book which was dated the last day of your stay.
Your desired pool temperature was 85-90 degrees during the month of February. The average daily temperature during your stay was 68 degrees. Although made it very clear that the pool is not meant to be a second hot tub, the pool was consistently at 87-93 degrees. We were able to monitor it remotely, but you also purchased your own pool thermometer and sent us photos each morning which clearly showed your measurement at 87-89 degrees.
There were 2 instances of where the pool heater wasn’t able to work properly, each instances were responded to promptly and resolved within a few hours.
On February 13, your stated your friend had tried changing the heater from pool to the hot tub, however, she drained all of the water from the hot tub. As a result, the heater and pool pump would no longer turn on. We immediately called you and walked you through how to correct the issue.
Later that week, you stated that the water in the pool was not circulating. Our pool service company visited and spoke with you on the same day you brought it to our attention. The issue was resolved by adding water to the pool. When the pool is consistently heated, the water evaporates and causes it to dip below the skimmer/pool return.
We are disappointed that the tone and content of your review is inconsistent with our communication throughout your stay.

Bayshore bayou paradise!
The owners were great! They were responsive and have an amazing home that we were allowed to enjoy! The home was excellent for our family. We rode bikes to Fred Howard, to the bayou and saw so many manatee, experienced epiphany celebration of the Greek community and loved all the restaurants. However our fav was the backyard paradise!! It was so peaceful sitting in the sun, enjoying the hot tub and sitting on the dock. We enjoyed use of the kayaks too! We saw dolphin so close to the dock! The kids used the pool but not warm enough for me but my preferred temp is like bath water 😂! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!!

Christmas Holiday
The property is exactly as it listed, but additionally, the house is well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment and was stocked with dry goods and spices.
There were plenty of pool/beach towels.
There are two Kayaks and a Canoe which you can use by walking out on the attached dock.
There are several several great restaurants and a grocery store a very short drive. (5Min)
The Fred Howard Park beach is an easy 5 min drive.
The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and were very accommodative to our changing travel plans due to weather issues when we left our home in the north!!

Quiet retreat
We enjoyed the quiet area, hanging out on the dock, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. We saw dolphins several times and a stingray. The house was well stocked and clean, it’s been recently updated. Master and second bedrooms are comfortable. Check in was easy. Downsides of the stay: lots of driving if you want to get to a location, pool isn’t heated as advertised in the listing and hot tub also wasn’t heated due to a mechanical issue that wasn’t remedied during our 7-day stay. This was very disappointing as the heated pool and hot tub were major amenities as to why we booked here. We requested 10% reimbursement but owner wasn’t having it so we had to escalate to VRBO and we received our request. The third bedroom isn’t really much of a bedroom.

We genuinely appreciate that you chose us for your stay I am truly sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations with the pool heater.
We are so happy that you found the home to be comfortable, well stocked and clean. We are also excited you experienced our favorite part of the home - fishing from the dock and getting into the bayou with the kayaks and canoe!
First and foremost, we issued a credit prior to your check out.
VRBO did not direct us to issue a credit and we would have had zero repercussions from not issuing you a credit. We simply wanted to make things right for you.
Within 3 hours of when you said the spa was not heating, the unit we physically inspected the unit. In addition, we had 2 other pool heater contractors from separate companies to diagnose and correct the issue.
Both came to the same conclusion - the heater was not heating efficiently, but it was heating. We provided proof to you and VRBO that the pool heater was working by temperature readings for 3 hour periods for 2 days.
We have since replaced the fan motor to heat the spa and pool faster and more efficiently.
Regarding our home's location - we have had guests who have exclusively used our golf cart as their primary transportation. They have all rated us 5 stars. We are centrally located within Tarpon Spring's beaches, downtown and the Sponge Docks.
Again, we hope the reimbursement that you requested and were given helps. Thank you for your feedback.

Family vacation
This property was everything we could ask for. Very clean and welcoming. The house was very well supplied. The owners were extremely responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood.
