Belle vue ensoleillĂ©e, belle station balnĂ©aire comme cadre. Cette maison dispose de 3 chambres 3 salles de bains et une grande cuisine. Chaque chambre a son propre Ă©cran plat t. v. La salle de sĂ©jour a un Ă©cran plat de 55 pouces. v. TĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble avec connexion Internet sans fil incluse. Vous allez adorer la cour car il a une belle piscine chauffĂ©e avec beaucoup de piscine pour bronzer et un mini bac Ă  sable pour les enfants. La cour accueille Ă©galement une cabane Tiki avec barbecue et un quai de 40 pieds, vous pouvez pĂȘcher. AccĂšs Ă  la location de bateau, kayak et jetski disponible Ă  quelques minutes de la maison. Il est Ă  seulement 12 minutes en bateau de l'Ăźle Anclote et du bar de sable. Vous pouvez profiter de nombreuses commoditĂ©s et du plaisir en famille puisqu'il est Ă  seulement 25 minutes de Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes de Tampa, 60 minutes de Disney, 15 minutes au sud des quais grecs, 35 minutes des jardins de brousse et 35 minutes du spectacle de sirĂšnes Weeki Wachee . New Port Richey Vacation

The house was as advertised, very clean and spacious, the pool area was very nice. There were kayaks to use. Would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay at this house!

This is the second time we've rented this house and it was just as good as the first time! Location is close to lots of fun things to do and it's just as enjoyable staying home and relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view!

Comfortable relaxation

The pool and water view were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the host was super easy to get a hold of. I hated to leave, it was a great experience.

Perfect Rental

The house was absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect location near a main canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico . There was ample seating for guests on the patio, in addition to a tiki bar.

Beautiful clean house with outstanding views. The owner was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Multigenerational family vacation

This home is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable (beds were amazing). Tons of kitchen stuff and the pool was perfect. Fishing off the private dock was a fun activity. It is a quiet neighborhood near everything. A great home base for shopping, the beach and downtown Tampa. We enjoyed the property and our time in Florida immensely.

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. The home is just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the views, the pool area, and the location on the canal system. This rental home is well stocked and maintained. The Gulf Harbor neighborhood is very nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The house was beautiful the pictures dont do it justice.The property was amazing and the resort like atmosphere just made it that much more better. Welcomed relaxation

Do not believe the bad reviews!! This property is in great condition. Lovely home and grounds. New Tiki Bar, Dock and everything up to date. The pool was glorious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and canal with all the wildlife visiting.

Outdoor oasis

This property has the ideal outdoor setup! The sandpit was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. The dock was brand new and perfect for our rental boat as well as fishing. The owner was wonderful about answering any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

The property met and exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house had enough space to accommodate a family without feeling crowded. The owner provided amenities needed to make a memorable experience. The views from the backyard of the house were amazing as you watched a parade of boats all day long. We even saw two dolphins swim by the dock of the house.

Absolute perfection! This house has been revamped - brand new appliances, marble countertops, new flooring - all in a timeless white / off white color scheme. We felt like we’d stepped into a magazine! Brand new kitchenware (plates / utensils / pots and pans), beautiful new bedding, lush throw blankets around the house for snuggling up in the AC after a long day in the sun. The bathrooms were beautiful and functional - suited our family of 6 just perfectly. The outside pool was, by far, everything we had hoped and wanted it to be. I had pool floats / tubes delivered to the house (Amazon) — there were days we didn’t even leave the house and just lounged by the pool the entire day. We felt so at home here. If I could rate this house 10 stars, I would!

Great place

Great place for 3 couples Close to the ocean was able to park our boat there Online pics just two pics were not accurate one was water spouting out and the other was outdoor type barbecue area but it still had a barbecue !! Caught fish on canal seen dolphins catching fish!! Very close to restaurants and shopping area Pool table could use some updated pool sticks But was still usable and it did get used!!! In the evenings due to the no see ums but all in all very good place Would stay there again!!

Wonderful Time

We split the difference between Tampa and Crystal River by staying here. It was relaxing. The house, pool, and outside were all very clean. Great views of the water and wildlife on the little canal. We saw opossum, manatee, eagles, cranes, dolphins, and all other sorts of birds and creatures from the dock and pool. It was quite and just a really nice place to spend time with family. The owner was very responsive. Great property for a peaceful getaway.

Nice property

Marc was great. Answered very promptly. The pool chairs outside could use updating. Interior very clean and nice. We wish we had better weather to use the pool. Caught a bunch of different fish from the dock. Nice week.

Beautiful home, location

This vacation rental was wonderful. The inside was spacious, clean, well decorated and had all your cooking & serving needs. Outside living by the pool sitting back and relaxing is a must. For touring around parks, shopping and further away cities it is very convenient. The private beach for Gulf Harbor residence and guest is a bonus. Never crowded, well maintained and friendly staff. Resort setting with all the amenities of home.

We just got back from a 10 day stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The open concept house and all its amenities were perfect for our family get-togethers during the holidays. We loved the pool area with the tiki hut for grilling and outside dining. Everyone enjoyed lounging on the waterfront watching the Florida birds and dolphins swimming by. We all borrowed the kayaks and paddled through the canals and out into the gulf. Marc, the owner, was very friendly and easy to work with, making the check-in and check-out very smooth. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Family Vacation

If you like the pictures then you will absolutely LOVE the house! My family (4 adults and 3 children) stayed a week and were very comfortable with the accomodations. Our kids spent hours in the pool while the adults lounged around it. We fished off the dock and spent many nights under the tiki hut grilling out for dinner. The house is conveniently located to Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Clearwater and the surrounding areas. I strongly suggest a visit to Honeymoon Island State Park and Anclote Island - the beaches are wonderful. Marc was really easy to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. I look forward to coming back!
